NCPMobile: Shopping Rewards

Tried to log in as new user. It says my email already has an account. Ok. Tried again with my email and went to "forgot password" and now it comes up with my email doesn't even exist! Cannot find anwhere to contact anybody...so here I am and I need help with these issues! Uninstalled!

App isn't working, says I have no internet connection, but I do.

Don't add this if your a busy person & can't always submit shopping trips cuz it will delete your membership or whatever they call it. &&& you'll no longer receive rewards after you take the time to scan $400 worth of groceries cuz it won't tell you this BEFORE you scan everything!!!

I tried logging in, it said my account is not active. when I tried to sign up again it says I am ineligible to make a new account with my email. I attempted to sign in by requesting a lost password link, but it still says I'm not able to login to my account or make a new account, or change my login info. It gives some lame toll free number to call, but seriously, who wants to make calls anymore? Especially for something this trivial? My account has been hijacked and I don't understand why

it used to be good, but they want your information, but don't want to pay when it comes time. I have been waiting for my $50 PayPal since February, and they keep delaying the payment...

I prefer the scanner. I don't like using my phone!,!

just getting started and I'm nervous about it , too many of these are a waste of time I don't have. I need help not more things draining my time or energy and making me discouraged .
