A horrible id app. it states in its documentation that EU passports are accepted. everytime i tried i got a system error. Contacted support with a detailed error report asking for a fix. 24 hours later still no response!!!! de-installed the app after wasting too kuch time trying to make it work. download the app from PostID. worked perfect no issues. 0 Stars 🤮
tried several times with different documents, couldn't make it work, waste of time

can not be installed in two separate phones for no apparent reason...
Bad ability to read numbers from the ID card. Cannot prompt to retry in the App without uninstalling.

it's an useless app, if you come from a different country and you want to make your ID or passport verification it's not working because they are only verifying German ID's and passport's.

Bad service design. You can only use this app to identify yourself, if you have a German, Spanish or Italian ID card. Other EU countries' ID cards will not be accepted. In modern international world that is woefully lacking.
Terrible app that doesn't work how it should. Stay away.

Diese App öffnet sich ständig selbständig im Hintergrund und ist aktiv. Das nenne ich Spyware und die will ich nicht haben. Uninstalled
Garbage,doesnt work with romanian id,when other apps can do that,like it worked 2 years ago without problems. Got stuck with my internet contract i made on sparhandy site,after i even paid a first amount of money.
personal sensible data is collected. telemetry on phone made, never gave consent on that.

WORST APP EVER. I have tried for an HOUR now to get the front of my ID recognized and after ENDLESS processing and retrying it STILL does NOT work. This is exasperating!
Tried using it. After all scans, my application was left "On hold", and still is, for a week, without any news or updates about it. Go prove yourself with smthing else

according to Novitas BKK eID shall be accepted for the verification, but Nect does not list it among supported docs.
such a bad customer service.. i feel 1 star rating is also very high .. even you raise a customer support .. you won't get any reply .. and there is no evidence that you had raised a customer support request since you don't have it in ur mail either. waste of time
Absolute Nullnummer, dass man hierfür zwingend einen Personalausweis braucht und seinen deutschen Reisepass nicht verwenden kann. Lachhaft. Null von fünf Sternen

Very slow processing, why does it need to process anything at all? Companies should stop using 3rd party apps and only use the official Ausweis app.

Verweigert die Ausführung, wenn man Admin-Rechte hat. Das ist ja wohl meine Entscheidung! Edit: Nein, es gibt keine guten Gründe. Es gibt auch keine regulatorischen. Die offizielle AusweisApp funktioniert schließlich auch. Edit2: Ich habe es heute mal auf einem Handy ohne root versucht. Erst kann sie den QRcode nicht lesen. Geht aber über eine andere App. Dann will sie Fotos vom Personen machen, obwohl das mit eID gar nicht notwendig ist. Nach dem Filmen zeigt sie mein Perso sei nicht kompatibel

So many problems scanning a passport. Not even the feedback functionality works! In my third try, I was so annoyed I've just scanned my middle finger... And it worked!
The absolute worst. I've tried the identifying process (which takes forever) 3 times and no matter what I do it doesn't work. Uninstalled immediately.

From all ID validation services this is the worse. Very complex process. Not working correctly, then reinstalling the app left the validation in a limbo phase (NECT app says to request a new validation code from provider and the provider does not want to issue a new validation code because the validation did not fail)
there is zero technical reasons at all for this to require a proprietary smartphone app.
Was für ein Dreck einmal Daten gelöscht und alles ist kaputt. Man soll den Auftraggeber kontaktieren, die wissen halt nichts.

After way too many attempts that were directly rejected, forcing me to watch the completely useless instruction video over and over again, I can confidently state that the id verification function simply doesn't work.
Diese App ist absolut sinnlos. Die BundID verfügt bereits über die Möglichkeit sich eindeutig zu identifizieren und jetzt soll man trotzdem einen Hampelmann mit Video und allem drum und dran machen. Und auf ihrer Website was von einem Wegbegleiter ins digitale Morgen schwafeln. Da ist ja ein Fax moderner. Solche Projekte behindern aktiv jede Digitalisierung.
The app falsely claims it accepts all passports, but this is not true, it later told me it doesn't accept my passport, even though it's an EU passport.
Absolut schreckliche unbrauchbare App! Tut euch das nicht an! Kaufland-Mobil sagt es wäre einfach. Zeitverlust 1-3 Stunden. Man muss seinen Ausweis komisch schwenken. Dann nicht nur Selfie sondern englische Wörter sagen. Dann kommt eine Fehlermeldung und die App will wieder den Ausweis. Dann macht man das und es gibt wieder einen "außergewöhnlichen Fehler" und man soll wieder warten. Dann habe ich die Simkarte resetten lassen, um Postident zu machen. Zurück in derApp und dann alles OK? Ging nix!
3 Versuche meine E ID zu verifizieren, jedes Mal ein anderer Fehler beim letzten Ladevorgang, obwohl die Anweisungen genau befolgt wurden. wieso muss man für offizielle Vorgänge solche Schmutz Drittanbieter benutzen
