no longer able to access games
i enjoyed it for the first week especially the nectar arcade. i earned s decent ammount of point but its been 3 weeks now and i cant get into the arcade area??? Highly annoying when you're trying to save

I needed to update my password and was asked to enter a code which I entered immediately. The message i received was 'code invalid'. I then asked for another code which I entered and received the same message. On my THIRD attempt, I was told that I hade asked for a code too many times!! After finally updating my password, I was then asked to enter ANOTHER code!!! Then got to the page of the firm i was trying to link to and they just asked me for a password which i couldn't provide as i wasn't a

signs you out all the time . pointless having it ill go and shop in tesco at least they dont sign you out ..explain how your banking app never signs you out . but a reward app always signs you out apparently there protecting your points . so now explain why my bank doesnt sign me out to protect my money . .. fix it or loose custom .... why should i have to contact you via facebook twitter etc . you know you have app issues with other reviews. just fix your app
app is good. but i don't use any of the places where you can spend the Nectar points. i use to spend on Ebay but not an option anymore since September 2024 so collecting points is pointless now

why cant i use this app on the PC?

Endless logging in issues. Token errors, HTTPS errors, emails only working sometimes. Completely unusable.
Keeps logging me out of the app. The last 3 weeks I have lost nectar points and paid more because I'm in a queue and don't want to keep the line up. I shouldn't have to login every time I open the app to scan my nectar card. When I finally, do get past security, it takes forever for the app to show information. SORT YOUR APP OUT!!!! I don't carry the plastic card around because the app is meant to make it easier.
I find it very frustrating, I do not have a card and although I have all the details of my account with me for some reason it will not operate with my phone, even though my device is registered online.
Regularly logs you out. Annoying password requirements so usually have to reset password when it happens. The app won't allow screenshots so I can't keep the bar code on my phone. It's literally just supermarket loyalty points, it doesn't need to be THAT secure.

Just been to Sainsburys to do a shop only to find Nectar have logged me out of the app and I don't have a physical card with that number on. Tried to log in but had to reset my password! So had to come away with no shopping. Not impressed
Everytime I open the app, I've been logged out. There is no signal in my local store so when I get to the checkout I can't use it. Pointless. Literally.
honestly went from 2 to 1 star ⭐ Only thing about this app it takes 4 weeks to have the nectar points added by the using smart shop, not so smart!!! bumped out of my account again, don't you like people using this app? get it fixed and when you update your app, don't bolt lock out accounts so it takes months to fix it!!!!!!😡
Marvellous - if you just like a black screen and nothing else.. way to go Nectar, update, 4 months later it still doesn't work. This is what you get when you email the app helpline "A problem occurred while delivering your message to this email address. Try sending your message again" appalling isn't it!

Incredibly frustrating app. It just doesn't work on pixel. Always getting the Something went wrong notice. I've uninstalled and installed it multiple times.
It bacame utterly useless! For last few weeks shows message: "something went wrong. try again." I cant see my deals and prices... Rubbish!

I recently had points stolen £20 worth to be exact, I bought a new phone and I downloaed the Nectar app to which my phone crashed, have uninstalled this app since. not good enough.
a classic example of the saying "IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T TRY FIX IT". used to be able to access without issue. go to do a smart shop at Sainsbury's the other week... to my displeasure and stress... app updated needing to update security. eventually got sorted... but cannot get into my nectar account. allegedly my email is not associated with any nectar accounts. odd considering I have had emails sent to me from nectar and Sainsbury's alike.

it's just terrible to be honest, constantly logged out and forced to pay a 1/3 extra because everything is discounted with the nectar card. wish I could rate it 0/5
terrible app, but more importantly a dangerous approach to user data. your memorable information (prompted to be mother's maiden name) is visible to any call centre staff and you're asked to give it over the phone to validate your identity. totally illegal and exploitative to any vulnerable customers - this info could easily be used to hack into bank accounts etc. I tried to feed this back but the only way was to write a physical letter to the office in London? this company is a joke.
this app used to be great but now I can't log in following the recent app updates, there's always error messages. I can only access through the website and that is so slow and laborious. nectar asked me to contact them to resolve, I did so and still does not work. nectar have since wanted to know about the problem, it's been a month and they still haven't responded back, let alone solved the issue. very poor
The third Sainsbury's visit in a row where the app won't login whilst I'm at the till, which is not only embarrassing, but makes me feel like I'm being ripped off by charging me more because of the poor authentication system.

Terrible can't even get in the app. Sainsburys and Nectar IDs have a stupid circular logic so you can't access. They likely don't want you to even use your points anymore.
Horrific experience to get through Google to install the App. I have had a Nectar card for many years and this problem is all because Customer Services at my local branch would not help me to add on my Nectar points. Bad all round service.

whenever I try to use, I have been logged out and have a battle signing in, usually getting my account locked, even though the password is correct. I don't get these issues with other reward card apps and supermarkets. Frustrating and stops me wanting to shop in Sainsbury's.
