Taking 5 business days to transfer money into your account is a little ridiculous
Neo let me get scammed without doing anything about it while other banks immediately noticed I am getting scammed at stopped my money transfers. I would not trust Neo with a lot of money. They do not care about you whatsoever
will steal your money via "subscription" and not rectify the problem, or reimburse. Highly unrecomended to do business with.

unclear what competitive angle this product is even aiming for. Against Wealthsimple, this concept falls apar. this needs a full rethink, not incremental tweaks.

When I contacted support, they asked me to wait for three days but could not explain the reason. Customer service was not helpful and had no clear answer. They also warned that closing the account could impact my credit score. Overall, a frustrating experience.

I javent been able to use my card since transferring funds. it also locked the card even though I couldn't use it anyway when I didnt pay the 7.99 a month. I also have money in here which I dont see at all.

trying to ask a qustion about my held money thats been on hold for like 7 days so far also its 8 am mountain time of me texting the support chat on neo and this is the response I keep getting "You'll need help from a Specialist for this matter. They will be back online at 7am (Mountain Time). Come back then, and we'll be happy to help. In the meantime, is there anything else I can help you with?"
Neo has the worst customer service out of any bank I have worked with. prepare to be on hold indefinitely and responded to with generic and unhelpful answeres. on top of that, if your card ever gets skimmed Neo financial will side with the scammers. Neo is NOT federally regulated. Neo does NOT work with the ombudsman for resolutions. NEO is basically a scam service.
Honestly the customer service isn't the greatest.. when I had my account hacked and called right away to notify them and it took 3 different people to help me out because they couldn't "authentic" me because I got the answers wrong.. I wasn't able to access my email/phone or app. I gave them what I could remember and that wasn't sufficient. I was so frustrated.. the lack of competency was unreal. It took almost 4 days to recover everything and I was able to gain my account back.
I have to be honest, paying $5 a month to have their cc isn't justified by the reduced % to your savings... Need to pull my money from this place and close my account if they ever respond to my email...
Sub-par customer service also trying to get things resolved with their escalation department is completely impossible I would not recommend this credit card company to my worst enemy that's how terrible the service is...

What seems to be the problem all of a sudden with your app. Everything is taking too long load. I have reinstalled the app and makes no difference. There's a problem with your app, please fix!
My entire family has this app and have been managing quite well but for some reason it refuses to let me use it! when I made an acount and went to start a saving account I would go through the entire process and then it would ask "have you logged in with us before?" and never let me start anything, I had a chat with the ai support, no help. I called the in person services, no help. In fact they told me it was some sort of problem of getting flagged and I had to wait an entire YEAR. Still nothing
SCAM - DO NOT APPLY! I am now a victim of this SCAM. it is not a Formal Credit Card, aside from the initial 125 yearly fee it also has HIDDEN FEE. of 7.99 per month. I wish I would have googled it first, but its okay, if ypu also fell for the scam CANCEL IT ASAP.

I disputed the transaction, got a new card and 34 days later I received the money that was lost. they are now claiming I violated terms of service, closed my account and reversed the transaction and now they have took even more money out of my account. don't even have access to MY money. security is poor don't trust them.
Honestly used to be one of the best banks I've had. recently they've went away from cashback options like they had. sadly theyre now similar to most banks. Great no fees in that source but credit card wise they no longer trump. I would recommend looking into Simplii or Koho for Credit cards now. Go back to your old ways Neo and you can claim your crown back.
