VERY frustrating to use! Horrible connection to banks, really cluttered home page, not well organized. after 2 and half hours of messing with it, website and app errors, I finally gave up and uninstalled everything.

Automatic Import Is Not Available. might as well use an excel sheet lmaooo
Excel sheet is better and free to use than disconnecting everyday
App is laggy as hell. It took me three hours to recategorise things and then it wouldn't connect to my bank, but it also won't stop triggering passcodes being sent.

Do your BI analysis here and see what makes sense, but 1 and 1+ are terrible bundling options for both you as a business and myself as a consumer. fix everything above and I'll buy it, be the Mint replacement we all want, not this half baked thing.
Ahh the classic we're having issue connecting with your particular bank
This app does not sync with desktop website version...spent some time deleting accounts that were duplicate or dormant on desktop only for them to reappear in the recently downloaded app...what gives?
Twice contacted helpdesk 2 wks ago re. Below. Never got a response. Bad purchase, don't trust it. Changed to 1 star. ** Giving it a 2. Connections to some Canadian banks is like Lotto Max; rarely i am a winner. Connectivity to banks is poorly reliable. It makes me overlook the rest of the ecosystem for now. Too frustrating.
You need to fix the "scroll sensitivity" ASAP. All the main GUI that have a graph (basically every page) is so big, it takes up a 2/3 of the screen, and it's always confusing my downward scroll as a side scroll. So basically every page shows a graph right in the middle, but as soon as I try to scroll down it, it side scrolls to the next page that also has a graph, which also thinks I'm trying to scroll to the sides when trying to scroll down. It never ends, before I know it I'm 3-4 pages away.
Lots of features I don't need. Missing features I absolutely need. Terrible UX when trying to organize transactions and update categories. The search for a proper Mint replacement continues.
I set up an account 2 days ago. I linked my bank accounts as well as my Wealthsimple account. This morning, both my Wealthsimple and Bank Accounts had hacking attempts on them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP as it has compromised all of my accounts!!
Tried this app out in hopes that it would replace Mint but the UX of this app is horrendous. So hard to navigate through it. Plus, after connecting my accounts, all transactions show as uncategorized, which makes the whole budgeting part useless. If they ever redesign this app, I'd try it again, but for now I'm deleting my account and the app
A bit useful, but super slow and full of bugs. You tap a transaction and nothing happens untill you restart the app, you categorizes a transaction and it does not remember it. How I miss Mint

The website is great, but can't login to the android app ( unexpected error).
