Horrivel! O catalogo não rola pra baixo... ja está assim há alguns meses e não arrumam. Preciso entrar no navegador para fazer a compra... já tentei reinstalar, mas não funciona.

The usability of the app is getting worse and worse. In a recent Android phone (17), some sections are just not responsive and navigation is impossible, which renders the app useless for the most part. Surreal how in 2026 a brand doesn't understand that the digital user experience in all channels is essential for their success...

Scanning codes leads to an infinite loading screen, app is slow and requires regular logging in, even when you set it to remind me. In essence useless.
Who was the dumbass that programmed this app? Now, when a QR code is scanned it doesn't apply, only redirects to the offers page... Don't you test it?!? EDIT: Ainda não corrigiram o problema?! Cada vez que se insere um código vai parar á página de ofertas em vez de registar os pontos. Arranjem novos programadores.
So the idea is decent. You can connect the app to your machine and per cup you earn points automatically. You can also adjust settings for your cup, like cup size and heat. In practice, the app is a horrible designed pwa/electron app. - Incredibly slow to load and sometimes loads indefinitely. - On android, it constantly fails to connect to the machine over bluetooth. The only way to fix this is to set up the machine all over again. This was not an issue on iOS in my experience.

I "created account" but I couldnt log in.Wrote to support team two times,nobody answered.Went to live chat and finally talked to Melody who said my account doesnt exist. She blamed my cookies ,even thought I told her several times that app is faulty.I tried to register again,its not possible,keep saying wrong captcha in the end of registration,whatever that means.I wrote again to Melody and this time she didnt want to answer at all,keep sending AI answers.Very rude

App buggy as hell. Had issues last time I logged in, scanned codes but didn't add points. So I decided to come back at a later time, only to find out ALL our thousands of points have been removed for "inactivity" because the app didn't work!! Now we can't even lot into the app anymore, only on the website. This app is trash, 2.5 is way too high a rating. Scammy and scummy.

This app sucks so much. How does it have such a high rating? I constantly get errors scanning code. I always need to login instead of already having a saved login. Right now I can't even open the app. Awful.
Possibly the laziest and most unclear web wrapper I have ever installed. Almost impossible to find the shop. Currently won't even start anymore.
Ahora, cada vez que escaneas un código, redirige forzosamente a la tienda de regalos. Suele fallar al primer intento, y hay que repetir los pasos. Les recuerdo que venden café. La mayoría hacemos esto por la mañana, al abrir una caja nueva, con ganas de desayunar y de empezar el día, no de complicarnos la existencia. Con la última actualización, se cuelga y es inutilizable. Si sigue igual la próxima vez que tenga que usarla, la desinstalaré y utilizaré la página web para evitar problemas.

even i could do a better app in my free time. menus that don't are intuitive, the flow doesn't make sense, bugs everywhere and it's a hassle to register codes. you could simply register a code and be grant a coin, then you use the coins to exchange for points or for entries
Need it to collect points, but it is slow, logs you out frequently and half of the time it does not recognize the newer qr codes and thus you have to typ them. The latest update makes it even worse because you have to click, wait for it to open a fancy looking site where you have to choose that you want points and wait for it some more before you can confirm you want points. Really annoying and takes a lot of time...
Don't know why they've changed the app, but it's awful now. So many bugs, constantly getting errors and too complicated now to scan the codes. This app used to be simple and quick to scan codes, now there's way too many steps/clicks. Also I never received any warning that my points had an expiration date, so when I went to put new codes again, all of my points were gone, like all of it. I had so many points I was expecting to use on a discount for a new coffee machine, and now there's none.
Die app ist der totale Alptraum. Nichts funktioniert. Zahlungen werden jedes Mal durch ein Windows refresh abgebrochen . Kein einziger Kauf geht ohne Fehlermeldungen ( das selbe gilt auch für den Webshop Desktop ). Man sollte meinen das eine Firma wie Nestlé es schafft einen Shop zur Verfügung zu stellen, der tatsächlich verkaufen kann und die Kunden nicht durch ständige Fehlermeldungen und Loops in den Wahnsinn treibt.
bad update. slow code scanning. nobody wants to wait an age for a code to scan, which usually doesn't even work because the scan sucks. after manual input the app is now even slower as it has to do some stupid routing to a page in which they want you to waste the points on a lottery scam. all that just to scam people? what a waste, un-installed app and not getting dolce gusto anymore thanks to this app. I'd rather give another company my money that makes these capsules.
Garbage. All my points just gone.
New review: one star! App simply logs you out if you don't use it for a month, if you try to login it keeps saying "you're offline" while I have a perfect connection, and if you browse the store and swipe up the browse back in the catalog the app refresh itself... tired of using this broken app, will be using web only from now on.
one of the most pathetic app for English speaking users who are Expats in a foreign country. I am an Expat in Switzerland and the only language it supports is French and Deutsch. it does not give an option to change language to English. I find this pretty annoying..what do the developers think?? only French and German learned people drink coffee and exist in Switzerland. wish I could give it a zero star. Not an empathetic team of developers.
