I keep trying to connect to my account and all the time I been block ,I reset the password but even after that I get block .very poor app
it won't let me log in, states my credentials aren't valid even though it says at the bottom it's Ireland domain. I can log in on the website with same log in details with absolutely no issue. just use the website!
It is quite possibly the worst experience ordering and working with support I've ever experienced. I placed my order, they charged my card, only to cancel my order 3 days later with zero.zero updates. I had no idea. I ran out of Here I am, waiting for these new espresso drinks and nothing. I ended up having to contact my bank to validate I was in fact refunded as again, nothing was communicated to me. I'm uninstalling this app as it has wasted a tremendous amount of my time.
New app is rubbish, cant order anything just come up with error. My address has been deleted but I cant add an address no option. Please fix

didn't need a new version of the app as the old one functioned just fine. now this one has logged me out and I can't log back in because of some java null field error. honestly I'm ready to ditch my machine and go back to drinking pour overs. simply too many hassles over the years with this company. it's just coffee.

I could not check out and went on this endless loop between my banking app and the nespresso app at least 5x. the loading time for the delivery and payment parts were also laggy. UI is inferior to old app as one has to scroll more now and less viewed on a single page. I also could not find where to indicate I have a recycle bag for picking up. pls note this for ur delivery as well as address the above app issues thanks

Sadly, this app feels clunky and slow, even on a modern Android 15 phone with a fast WiFi connection. The in-app chat doesn't work. Trying to change the contents of your next subscription order continually gives 'payment error - try again later' (spoiler: I did try again...10 times) even though my payment card is valid and works fine. The app won't let you update your payment card details, or for that matter, even show you your payment card details! At least the call centre agents are helpful!
Laking info about how big the coffe is(in ml) for many of the Vertuo capsules. Also, none of the capsules have specified the caffeine quantity.
