Never saves password
Very slow and not responsive, down for maintainance way too often and for too long. Would offer deals that last only a few hours, but the website and the app would be "down for maintenance" at the same time.

very slow placing order and checking out, spinning Circle having to go back and redo it again. just upgraded to the new app so it needs some Kinks worked out
I've tried to install this app on my phone and tablet. Works fine with the Samsung tablet but NEVER opens on samsung phone! Installed, uninstalled, restarted and made sure I had the latest software updates. NOTHING.
Didn't work for my country
Cannot process payment. Have tried multiple cards and even PayPal, all with the same error of "access denied" every time I try to check-out. No idea if the rest of the app is good, but if you are unable to take my money, it's kind of a waste of my time
Huge increase in prices, to pay for a brand new app with a useless search function and filter options that don't include the things I actually need to find. I searched for "deca"for decaffeinated and "vani" for vanilla and both times got a message to say there were no results. Filters don't include an option for the standard cup size.

doesn't except discover cards
I can't manually set the number of coffees I want to buy... The UX isn't good.
PayPal or Google Pay don't work which is annoying.
basic functions fail on this new app compared to the previous version, for example amend upcoming auto-delivery / subscription, or checking payment method. No answer from Customer services phone after 30mins. Customer Services chat disconnects when the chat conversation is waiting for a response.
Why do you have to make it so hard to simply order coffee?
The new app doesn’t clearly label capsule sizes in ounces, which makes it harder to compare options. Also, the advertised “20% off” sale feels misleading.... these items appear to be priced the same as they were a month ago. Better size labeling and more transparent sale pricing would improve the experience.
app doesn't work well
Not as good as the old Nespresso app. Repeat order didn't work. Had to try checkout multiple times before I could get it to work. Seems too have many bugs.
