Online'a özel indirim diye reklamlar yağdırıp, üyelik aldım, makine satın aldım ve bırakın indirimi, 1 kapsül dahil indirim veya hediye gelmedi. Makinemi en kısa sürede satıp başka bir markaya geçeceğim. Kandırılmak başka bjr boyuta ulaşmış durumda.

I order and I may not spend the amount you require, but never get anymore samples or discounts! Kinda makes me want to go back to keurig

Wont connect to my machine
Completely non-functional. Slow to respond at the best of times. Currently have been totally unable to use for the last week due to "Service down". Something is wrong on Nespresso's end. Not even going through browser fixes the issue as my orders are forgotten. And app aside, Nespresso's support is totally useless. they've sold us two broken machines.
Nespresso is a marginal experience. The entire ecosystem is a poor experience. The coffee quality has declined. Add to that it is expensive and the decision to leave and replace it with good old reliable pods is not difficult. Bought 2 machines. Regret it every cup and every day.
a night mare
amazing app feels like it was built in 2010
Purchasing is easy, but connecting wifi to machine is unreliable, and takes time. My Vertuo Next machine simply won't connect with the app, even after resetting machine multiple times by following Nespresso instructions. *UPDATE: Virtuo Next machines are failing after 2 years max., with red flashing light. The original machine failed in less than a year. The replacement also failed in slightly more than 2 years, even though it was only used about 3-4 times a week.

Website functions better. Shopping cart will randomly empty itself during shopping.

Extremely buggy and poorly made.
The app doesn't provide a way to request the fee samples.
The app is getting worse, it's loading the actual website which is slower than I use an Internet Browser.
2026 Update: The app would be fine if it more consistently and quickly conneced to my new "Nespresso Next". Instead, it's cumbersome and a time drag. I have a "Firmware Update Required, Update Now" notification in the app that won't go away. Nespresso support tells me I'm on the latest release. Finally, there I see there is a newer "Nespresso Smart" app now that also works. Which one am I supposed to use?
