App isn't fit for purpose.
As an International viewer with limited viewing opportunities to view from N.Z. ridiculously impossible to navigate especially for the price paid for subscription very unhappy..never again this is ludicrous.😏
It's not even an app - a browser is required for most of the functionality!

Simply doesn't open. On the rare occasion it does, it crashes almost immediately.
Crashes all the time. Won't even open at the moment. Stats columns reset orders by themselves after I sort. This is the worst live sport app I've used with all the bugs.
What’s the point of the 2023 Netball Live app? It doesn't show ANY live games. It doesn't show ANY replays of games. The login button doesn't even work. Telstra is a greedy corporation that has screwed over netball fans for this season. Corporate gteeds has taken precedence over a commitment to the fans. Most people don't have Foxtel, yet Telstra doesn't give a stuff about that. Finally, the app developers have given a FAKE EMAIL ADDRESS - and that is a violation of Google Play Store policy.
The app won't let me watch any match replays from this year's season or the option to watch the games live. This app is now completely useless to me.
Some People can't watch the netball on those channels only the people who can THIS ID NOT FAIR TO OTHERS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
No place to pay subs
No longer shows games, just highlights. The log in button doesn't work and there's nowhere i can re subscribe as that seems to have automatically cancelled. Gutted! This app was brill pre covid!

Now the netball has finished they are still charging me the monthly fee. Trying to get the money back is proving very difficult. They are charging me til December would u believe
App keeps saying there's an update but it won't update ! It keeps going back to uninstall or open !
Have just updated this app as it said to and now I can't open it. It just keeps telling me to update, can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it
Update is rubbish! Doesn't work You update app, then it tells you to go to Playford to get update via link, and then we go round and around and around.
I've been using this app since last year. I have upgraded my phone to the Huawei Y7P. Ive re-downloaded the app 4 time now. I cannot active my subscription now. It keeps telling me app not responding. Thus I cannot watch any game!!! Now Ive cancelled my subscription form 24 Aug. I am not paying for something I cannot use

Unable to watch giants game live today 11 July. I could only follow the score. Very disappointing.
Every weekend I have issues watching games. Whether it's the app crashing when I try and watch, or won't cast to my TV. Week in, week out - there is always an issue.

Worst piece of junk app ever written. We have to basically try two mobiles and two tablets and hopefully out of those 4, sometimes one will actually work to view the game.

Here we are with round 8 finished and the 2 extra games I pay for with the live app are not available to watch. Who is supposed to be making sure the app is functioning? Why can't you contact anyone to get it sorted?

Non of the replays work at all.
Doesn't work! Just purchased the 3 month subscription and it won't load, the game will be finished before I get the thing to work! Don't waste your money.
The app worked well for last years season. This year I am unable to watch any games live. The only option available is "watch replay" which takes me to an earlier game in the round. Also the cast to tv function only works sporadically.
Very frustrating to pay for an app to watch something live and it doesn't work!!!

Yet again, this app has frozen right when game is due to commence. Fix the issues once and for all.
I consistently cannot stream games from my phone to the TV. All my other streaming apps work, but this one doesn't give me the option to stream. Very disappointing when I'm paying for the app. Fix it.
Put in subscription and when I press replay it takes me to the sign up screen again! When I press the option of a monthly pass it says I'm already a subscriber - and won't let me do anything else. Wish I had listen to the bad reviews and never signed up. Now let's hope I can UNSUBSCRIBE!
The app worked fine for the whole free trial period, but now I have paid my subscription it won't play any match replays, takes me straight to the subscription page. I have a Huawei android 10.0 phone. Is this a common UK problem?

Will not play the replay matches. Hasn't worked at all so far this year, very dissapointing. Would be nicer if more matches were available for replay on free to air (every other sport does this).
Keeps freezing when I cast to tv, and when I try to log in on my iPad it’s impossible, the only options are to log in as a Telstra customer or to restore a subscription, which it can’t find as my iPad is on an apple account - how do I log in on an iPad with a subscription purchased via google play on my android phone? Update: I cannot log a complaint using the link you sent me as I am not a telstra customer and don't have an account. I signed up via Google play in the UK.
2021 - app won't even load for me, makes it terribly hard to follow the sport I love.
