Very surprised Fidelity can dictate what charitable organizations I can donate money to with my investments. Fidelity apparently thinks it knows better than its clientele where and how they can spend their money. The app itself is also inferior to other investment apps, making it difficult to use for actual investing. Suffice to say I will be moving my money to other platforms.

why is my Galaxy phone no longer supported? all of a sudden I have no access to my account.
Opens log in fields but never opens when credentials are entered it buffers for ever using on a Google Pixel 10 hope support can address my issue

I am so **** tired of being in the middle of doing something on the app and it being logged out due to session timeout WHILE I'M WORKING ON IT. I cannot stand when an app is so low grade that the log out setting is based on time and not session activity. This app is an incredible waste of my time. I am not going to keep logging in to use this financial planning service. I am going to run my own programs for tracking.

This is little more than a browser in a phone app shell. It's very hard to read information and you cannot easily make changes. The web application doesn't allow you to upload forms. Only the phone app will do that, but then to do anything meaningful, you have to go back to the computer.
they changed the app and now it says it won't work with my device. it's not an old phone but fidelity is a garbage company and doesn't care what the customer needs. the only one that matters is fidelity. you don't count. I wish I could leave negative stars, it would be 1 million negative stars for these people.

Been using this app for years now all of a sudden it's not compatible with my phone so that means I got to get a new phone to use this app highly disappointed
I started the rollover process for my retirement. I was directed to the app to upload my check. Logged into the app and there are no prompts or directions to allow me to upload the checks. I tried the 'Upload Document' feature and the app states NOT to upload a check through there. So where am I supposed to be directed. Why wouldn't you allow the option to finish this process online? The app must be outdated or not maintained.
Bogus that you aren't supporting my phone and won't let me continue using the version I already have installed. How dumb.
App was fine until current update. Now it says I must update but the app is no longer supported and cannot be updated. Reached out to developer but received a useless reply. My device exceeds the minimum requirements so this is very disappointing.
crashes, stutters aks to login repeatedly and cant mantain sessions. also fidelity has poor wire transfer execution with bad delays
