Greediest streaming company in existence. Canceled my +14yr subscription membership (since 2011). Also, most of the content is dull and lacking. The company has shifted focus on churning out as much trash/low quality content as possible with once a month or every other month bigger/refined content to attempt to hold members. Netflix is what MySpace was to Facebook just far more greedy. #nothanks
I cancelled my subscription 3 years ago, just checking if subscription plans changed and they didn't... there's no plan options right for me. I'm not going to subscribe for 1080p and I'm not going to pay over $25 per month for 4k when I'm the only person in my household with only 1 TV in the house. make a reasonable plan for a single person who lives alone and I'll sign up. Netflix current subscription model is absolutely ridiculous theft and I will not be giving my money to such garbage!
They removed the ability to use chromecast directly from the phone, to force TV app usage. shameless
Increased cost without agreement!!!! Besides the boring selection and same 80% movies that i had 3 years ago, they keep charging more without me agreeing or realising!! Shame on you!
For an App we literally pay a fortune for monthly, your services are very very very disappointing. The App just stops for no reason sometimes. Movies won't play for no reason. I mean, it's annoying!!!!

Netflix SUCKS now. I just literally spent 5 minutes waiting for ads to pass because I missed 10 seconds of a show. There are way too many free options to watch all these exact same shows (even the "exclusive" ones) for Netflix to be acting like they control anything. Unsubscribing.

This Widevine DRM stuff is awful. DRM info says i have L1, but Netflix is limiting me to L3, this basically means even if your phone supports 1080p and you have the Sub Plan for it, Netflix will only allow you to stream at 720p or lower, same with HDR support, this second one i dont mind that much.

thieves! they debited me three times, didn't log me in and gave a flimsy excuse that they couldn't find the debit card details or email used to make payment?? but they've been sending me emails to the same email they supposedly can't find become a premium user???how tf does that happen?? im close to canceling my subscription for good, netflix continues to get more greedy by raising the prices, it literally just raised the prices and then I got a new notification today saying its raising the prices again, they take off the good shows people actaully want and they add shows most people dont even like
last version : been having lots of issues with 5.7.1 on almost all my devices. from iPhone to my Samsung, my tablet to my phone. only with the last couple of updates, it started appearing, nothing seems to fix it current version: can't even load my profiles

I hate Netflix ever since I downloaded it it's been one problem or the other firstly I subscribed nd my money was deducted but I didn't sign up before payment nd do I was asked to payment for another subscription secondly I paid for yet another subscription but ever since using mobile data or even downloading videos I haven't been able to watch any movie nd it's really missing me off cuz I've tried everything nd even complained but they give unnecessary excuses 😡😡😡

Google ai is so far very better than their customer support. I had an issue streaming and downloading FHD videos. So, I contacted 4 times with their customer service and they all responded with the same reply like a trained robot. Surprisingly they even don't know the difference btw UHD and FHD. But google ai solve the issue instantly. So what's the use of your customer support. pls improve your professional quality.
wrost the most of their movies are not translated in the Hindi languages. this app targets mainly to the English audience it's not even consists of major languages of India. like Tamil Telugu Kannada Hindi even old movie of 1900's is not dubbed in hindi meanwhile third party place have hindi dubb but not this app. you will realise it lately

Frequently glitches on start up, multiple grammatical errors and sometimes inappropriate references in word games. The trivia aspect can be clever and fun but can also be very niche specific. (eg famous Japanese directors from the 60's) Really enjoy sudoku and starstruck and bonza when the subject is broad topics.
My phone stops working if my minimize the app and use another app. it was not like this before. i can't use the screen or any other apps untill i restart the phone. i uninstalled and then installed netflix ,still the problem persists
