I do not need a new checking. and the FlashId app looks sketchy.

I will give a zero star if they gave me an choice very useless it doesn't benefit me to even have it I'm not going to setup direct deposit when I don't have to I can't even transfer money to my bank over some programs or corrupt practices so as far I'm concerned it's a very useless n the company should be shame shame shame shame on u just like every company always found ways to scam ppl to use ur product that I didn't need or want base of my company what a waste of my time smh

It's impossible to speak with an agent; the call drops all the time. Companies should use an alternative payment method. I'm stuck, they don't care.

The NetSpend company makes their dime by incorrectly handling your finances, then charging you fees due to their mistakes.
these pay cards and their apps are a huge rip off. these companies make you use the card or only other option is get your tips app at once every 2 weeks!! so unfair and not in place when I first started a job. A job where you receive daily tips, its very hard to adjust to 2 weeks. most end up on the pay card. They charge fees to transfer money to your bank as well as many other ways to take a fee for many things they come up with, to use certain ways. Punishing the hardest workers is too common!
(2026 Edit) [I've had to switch to a new phone and this app keeps telling me to download THIS app when I'M USING THE APP, I've had to switch where my deposits go, I'm now on cash app] the app would tell me to install THIS app when using this App when trying to sign in, forcing me to us the browser version to do anything

this is the most annoying banking app I have ever used in my entire life. the amount of times I've been blocked from the accessing the account is making it impossible to even use the app.
Absolutely bank, i've ever had in my entire life or heard of they have fees that they make up and change.They have rules and regulations that they make up and change.You're better off having a thief, keep track of your money.That's pretty much the same kind of treatment you'll be getting.They don't know what they're doing.You can't get a hoard, nobody?Or they hang up with you, or are they route?And give it to you and they don't speak any english.You can't understand a word, they say

There is no reason to not have dark mode will raise review if dark mode is added will not being using this app permanently
I highly suspect the NetSpend skylight One is compromised. I cannot speak for others. and this complaint isn't really alleged against customer service so much as it's towards the frequent amount of times I have had to deal with fraudulent access to my account. Indeed, even when I haven't used my card in months do I still get a fraudulent charge against me, of which literally overdrafts my account. I don't even remember allowing overdrafting? there isn't even enough space to fully complain.
tried to transfer money to my bank account from NetSpend and it says the money was successfully transferred but it never showed up in my account
There are better ones out there. My work uses this for tips, but this one seems to be more of a hassle than the other I've used (branch). It has more fees and restrictions, some of which you have to pay in order to use some of the basics. They will also lie to you and try to find ways to charge you extra fees. A bank transfer limit makes it difficult to get all your funds out if you make over a certain amount. And customer service is horrible.
the app stop working.. can't access my virtual account. can't transfer money and idk why they asked for my social security over the phone in their customer service which it has been about 3 weeks and I can't still use my card properly. I'm switching banks it's unreliable

customer service is awful they randomly cancelled my card reported it stolen which was out of line I couldn't order and Uber for work couldn't pay my bills and even after repeatedly letting them know I don't cancel my card whomever did could have the decency to order a new one. no they insist I reported it stolen I did not and won't issue a new card. this has been an argument for at least two weeks now. luckily I was able to transfer my cash to a different bank they can't be trusted after this

I'm mad rn! my card was compromised lst Fri nite, and the ONLY reason I knew is I ordered online it didn't go through so I called it asked me if I sent so and so $140 through cash app 1 for yes. so I pressed 1 found out I was $95 negative cuz somebody kept taking a $ out of my account! not 1_2 xs 95 xs in 1 day!!!😩u think thy thought to call/alert me?nope. Ive had this card 5yrs and jst found out I have a virtual card! Been trying since 6pm 7hrs later still can't put $ on cash app
That's just an unprofessional team made it. Fire them all.
Beware of all kinds of restrictions. There is a $300 daily limit on how much money you can transfer out to your other banks, then there is a limit on how many transfers you can do in 30 days, then there is a limit on how much money you can transfer out per month. This app is ridiculous with all its restrictions and all the fees. The company I work for is waiting for a response to increase those limits, I will uninstall this app if the response is negative. Use the Branch app instead.
the restaurant I work at Fórçes us to usé this. They charge a fee ( and hidden fees) for EVERYTHING you do except withdraw from their ATMs. Their customer service people have NO IDEA how to solve anything, let alone speak understandable english. stay far far far far away from this Bank or whatever they call themselves I call them criminals.
So many fees it's ridiculous! They charge $5 for every declined transaction... you literally are not allowed to transfer money out without paying a fee. Now they are gonna start charging $3 to use apps like vennmo, cash app, and PayPal. I'm gonna look into other options. Such a pain to just use your own money how you want without these guys holding their hand out...

The app is telling me that my login information is for the wrong app when I've used it to login to that app hundreds of times, and guess what? the app it wants me to download is THIS APP.

This app was working great then all of a sudden I can't log into my account it says it looks like a skylight one account and directs me to its own page in the app store. OBVIOUSLY it's a skylight one card and I'm using the app why am I being redirected to download it if I'm already in it? will be choosing another card for direct deposits.
