can't log into my account

the app plays games you can set a new password and then I'll still lock you out and say you tried too many times even though it's the first time you entered the new password

i can not create an account to register my card
this card so far is a total piece of trash. nothing but problems. this paypal to this trash card is horrible and im 100% looking for a new company. your app dont work, the directions included with the card are wrong and dont work. the app wont send an email to verify. seriously, you expect me to bank with a company that cant even send an email? really? ---- new update. this company excels at being garbage. Last draw, im finding a new company. 110% trash.
very poor service, calling them never allows you to speak with an agent. they restrict you from accessing your funds. Worthless !!!!

I was switched over to this from the PayPal card, i got the new card, & the PayPal App keeps sending me to this App. HOWEVER, the App won't let me log in, keeps telling me "looks like something something Old Netspend App, use that app while we are updating this one.....and I don't see no "Old App" I see business ones. trying to activate a new account on app also doesn't work. basicly in keep getting the Run around when all I want to do is check my bloody balances!!!
I would not recommend NetSpend they charge you $2 for everything you do I bought a candy bar for $0.50 and he charged me $2 for it they're always late with the money I always got a explanation for something the one you should get I would recommend is chime account card the overdraft is fee free you don't charge you no interest for it if you don't pay it back on time they're buying in stores is free they don't charge you for that can you go to the store when you post to get your money out no fee
Can't update on my phone the rotten cashier at the store installed the old sim card she didn't transfer the data. SO WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE MY APPS IT'S UPDATING THE OLD PHONE NOT THIS ONE.

I can't access my account. I activated my card. I can't reach anyone by phone the phone number doesn't work. I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my card and getting another card because this is trash.

DO NOT USE horrible customer service and make you pay a monthly fee they don't tell you about is very predatory. I would never have signed up if they shared that informant. they end up costing you money not saving in negative from a fee I was never told about false advertising never tell you about in ad or when sign up. they'll take your money so use a real bank or another app netspend is not trustworthy and always have generic copy paste excuse response for why don't help you.
it is extremely hard to get through to anyone on this app
Within approximately 2 months, Netspend has allowed people to steal everything I have, repeatedly issuing cards to someone other than me, allowing them to take 3 entire paychecks. Everything I have. After assuring me it was safe, I now have FOUR claims totalling $2,232.15 being slow to do anything. With this I am contacting the FTC, FBI, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Your $ is not safe here! I can't even buy food. They care not. And you cannot talk with a real person. So, so, bad
Do not use Netspend they steal your money make of fake ways to take it just like PayPal and now that they are linked with PayPal they will be even worse. I bought a prepaid card from them. Took 2 hrs to set up then they told me I couldn't use it. told me they would refund my $80 that I had put on that card and just sent me a check which took 10 days to get for $1.97. And I will never see the rest of that money. please find a better prepaid card don't use this company unless you want to loss $$$

I can't even access the app! Customer service? There isn't any. Three days I've called in the morning and never got a call back by the end of the day. I'm not feeling very valued.
