Sehr schlecht. Wo ist mein Lieblingsstück vorhanden? Keine Ahnung. Wie gross ist "m"? Keine Ahnung. Lieblingsstück an eine Filiale liefern lassen? Nicht möglich. Nicht so hilfreich.

Completely useless in my country. You cannot purchase online, you can't find a specific product, you can't find measurements and available sizes for a product, you don't have special prices with the app. I can't find a use for this to be installed on my phone.

Most terrible shopping app I've ever used... They need to take notes from apps like H&M!! Proper categories are NEEDED, a search option! Nothing makes sense in the app. And what bothers me the most about this brand is the HUGE lack of plus sizes.. It's honestly embarrassing in this day and age... I thought we've evolved at least a little bit in terms of sizes..... New Yorker... DO BETTER!
I hope that you will reconsider the online shopping feature and make it available because you do not have a store in some cities here in Germany .. For example, in my city where I live, there is no store for you and the nearest store is in another city, two hours away from me by transportation .. How can I Buy ? Please reconsider the issue of online shopping, thank you.

Very confusing application. Difficult to use. No reason to have the application since I can't make a purchase.
Never works in any of the store and you cannot add manually more than one receipt in a month. so no point in having a loyalty program

You do not have online shopping... We're almost in 2022 and you do not have online shopping 🤣🤣 you're like from stone age We do not care if you don't have an online shop, make it! We do not want to see you in the stores, we want to shop online. You live because customers exists. Grow up and do something for your customers, like an online shop, like everybody does
