I had a very disappointing experience with NEWME. I placed my order on 14 March for my birthday, and the expected delivery date was 4 April. Today is 7 May, and I still have not received my order. I have tried multiple times to cancel the order, but there has been no proper response from the NEWME team. Neither is my order getting delivered nor is it being cancelled. This kind of service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request NEWME to cancel my order immediately and refund.
I'm not able to understand if you are running an offer buy 1get1 free, the main package is getting easily delever but the 2 package which is free it's taking 1.5 months to deliver this is happening with me for the 2 time and totally disgusted I'm going to my hometown and now the are saying they will deliver on 15 may, what nonsense,the fabric and quality is good no doubt but if the product is not getting delivered on time then this is totally waste!!! worst management!! Worst online app for shopping when you order the product they show you it is confirmed then after 2 days it shows order cancel, worst customer support ever you can't even message them directly there offline experience is good but online experience ughhh no comments I would recommend never order from this app

very bad customer service. they don't reply quickly. they claim they take upto 5-8 minutes but in reality they take more than 15 minutes and not even solve the problem. Really so disappointed with them
