pathetic service it's been almost 1 month after one they are informing that order got cancelled due to bad quality....and there is no customer support call or mssg option available also they told me mssged me that because of their fault product got cancelled so they provide me coupon code when I order next time but when I am ordering that coupon is not valid or expired.....so pathetic service very bad
Ordered on 23rd May. Delivery was first promised for 14th June, then delayed to 3rd July, and now 14th July, with no tracking updates since the first delay. Customer support only sends the same automated "please wait" replies, and the compensation coupon is inadequate. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering cause many customers report the same issue. I honestly don't understand how this app has a 4.6-star rating with such poor service.

I opted for exchange, my product was collected saying, the exchange will be delivered. Neither was the exchange delivered nor was the refund processed to my account. Completely STOLE my money. Fraudulent app.
