I tried to create an account but the app rejected my postcode because it's said the postcode should be in letters but here in Belgium the postcode is 4 numbers without letters

I haven't been able to get on the app for the last couple of days. it just spins on the title page
it tells me my password is wrong, and when it ry to reset it I never get the email to reset it. I also cant choose my delivery address, it keeps telling me my postal code is wrong. I was so excited to try as people kept recommending but unfortunately it is just disappointing

MALEWARE installed itself on my device without permission.
its inpossible to register. birth date, mobile phone - they don't know themself what kind of format there should be. inpossible to enter data
when payments are due takes to long for them to come out.

Next online itself is amazing but they only get one star because the returns collection process is a total mess. My returns are never collected on time and I have to call both Next and the courier company to chase the collection EVERY TIME.

Great quality. But dealing with Aramex as a delivery partner is very painful. This is the reason of my bad review. Hope you choose local representative when sending your shipment to Qatar.
The clothes/ items are definitely one of the best available but their application is very poor and if you want to return any item that's a different ball game all together. The app really needs a lot of upgrades. It is not possible to log into multiple devices either. In simple words it is QUITE complicated to use!!
I love Next but the app is awful. Constantly signs you out. Items show up as in stock and then when you get to checkout it's out of stock, and it's not because in the time taken someone else has bought the item, as if you go back to the item page it still shows up as in stock. Have had numerous issues checking out. Reinstalling does not help.
Logging into account is a nightmare, takes you round and round in a loop. Filtering doesn't work, or if it does to then add sorting on top of it brakes it. Almost always give up and end up logging in on desktop.
ideal payment doesn't work. very annoying
Really bad app I made bunch of favorites, added 7 items to the cart and my cart got emptied due to technical issues, so I spent more time finding the items because they now dissapeared from favorites and once again my cart is now deleted second time.
