I have spent 3 days trying to send a new baby gift to a friend in the UK. A simple task that could have and should have taken only minutes. Registration process should not be compulsory. There should be an option to checkout as a Guest. I battled with the UK app. then was told I had to use Next International but would have to register in Ireland first. I thought I'd finally cracked it but it wouldn't accept my friends address?? Where is Next International? Paula
Doesn't work in Ukraine
Tha app has issues with logging in. it requires me to login each time, if I wait for a few seconds my password manager allows me to sign in, annoying that it can't just have me logged in like other retails have on their apps

Not loading & impossible to check out - A 10€ voucher is offered for the first App purchase, is this a joke when your app does not even let you check out? This is the worst app ever, back to Zalando.

the "my account" page keeps saying something went wrong and I can't log in. The email and password box will appear for a second and then white screen with black banner "something went wrong" Will not be using this app.

It's a frustrating app to use, always freezing, stopping, I order something and a few seconds later,it disappears from the shopping bag, it's been like this for a long time, so,it angers and frustrates me, so, I, sometimes, just leave it and go somewhere else to shop.And I love NEXT, their fashion, their furniture, everything is beautiful, the only issue is the app,please, repair it or change it,it would be much better

Delivery days are getting longer away 5 days for delivery 🫣 unsure what unlimited is for now used to be next day.
Had the initial €10 off until the checkout timed out and it disappeared, it's like the system thinks I used it or something. Contacted live chat who just told me to log in and log out again and that didn't work. Disappointing. This rating is on the app only as requested.

Glitchy just like the website. 9/10 times I cannot update my details or place orders as I get error messages that tell me to call to place an order.. which seems very bizarre for such a big retailer. Uninstalled the app.
I rarely leave bad reviews but I hope the customer service team sees this and take action. I ordered size 20s on their app. Received an email confirming this. When i went back to the app, it says size 24. I thought it's an error. When i received the shipment, all of them are size 24. too big for me. Tried returning it and the cost of shipping it back is the same cost as the items. Please fix your terrible app and ecommerce system before launching in a new market.
Why does the app reset the 'log in using biometrics' setting to 'off' when I log out? Why does the app reset the 'keep me logged in' setting to 'on' when I log out?
app doesn't work
1. When i tap size guide, nothing happens. It does not show me the size guide. 2. When i add an item to my bag(cart) and i leave the app and open the app again, my bag(cart) is empty which is not normal. It should have saved the items in my bag(cart). Plz fix your app asap.
app is constantly logging me out and i need to log in again every time I open it... it's very slow and full of bugs..

This App never works, major issues with pages loading properly. I just quit and end up not ordering anything.
the wishlist and shopping cart don't save your items, which means you have to buy items immeadiately or else scroll endlessly all over again, without being able to make a conscious decision at checkout, examining your items one by one. it simply makes me give up on purchasing anything.
the Size filter is a disaster
Couple of problems I have with the app and Next. 1. Categories, especially for men, are a mess (wallets in mens sportswear?), where's Tops & Hoodies gone? Women, Boys & Girls have the category. 2. Why are most items of clothing for men of the hidious "skinny/slim" fit? Out of the 19 jog bottoms returned in my search, only 2 were a normal fit (I'm not overweight either). I'm not going to walk around looking like my legs have been painted, wearing yoga pants or tights.
you should be able to click the products you have previously ordered so you can easily order them again in a different size from the app. Have to search to find things again in different sizes, very annoying
it would not let me do payment with visa
so disappointing to see th prices go higher and higher. it's not affordable anymore. even the delivery is now free, only over $125. basic shorts that were $7 dollars are now selling for $17. that's ridiculous.
tried to cancel and order less than 3 minutes after ordering by mistake wrong 🙃 size,went on chat line, it refused 😞
Why do i have to sign in every time i open the app now? My settings are to "stay signed in" and i can't see favourites and saved items until you do! Favourites have a history of being removed even when sales are long over. It's tiresome to keep raising it, so hopefully this fix sticks. Next charging unlimited customers for returns, even though all local stores have been shut down, is a poor commercial move. Home collection returns for unlimited customers was a great USP and we'd buy more!
