Very disappointing experience with . I was charged in a foreign currency, and the pause function failed multiple times without clear notification. After parking the bikes in what appeared to be a valid public parking area, the rides ended automatically, so I assumed everything was fine. Later, I was suddenly charged around €500 for “parking outside the allowed area,” despite receiving no warning or restriction in the app. The system feels unfair and misleading to customers.

Bestätigungsmails kommen nicht an, erneut senden klappt nicht aufgrund eines bugs, die App kannste technisch knicken. Der support braucht Wochen um zu antworten, auch hier bekommt man bei Kontaktaufnahme kein Ticket als Bestätigung, dass meine e-mail eingegangen ist. Nach monatelangem warten habe ich mich aufgrund einer Hochschule direkt an diese gewandt. Sie haben mir bei einem Problem geholfen, indem sie sich mit nextbike in Verbindung gesetzt haben, weil der Support mir nicht helfen konnte.

Ovu kompaniju vode ljudi koji nisu nimalo povezani sa ostatkom svijeta, pokušao sam uplatiti 10 eura preko google paya preko revoluta, kada sam potvrdio kupnju u revolutu mi je reklo da u nextbike aplikaciji dovršim kupnju, onda kada sam se vratio u aplikaciju me opet tražilo da platim i nije mi dalo da dovršim sa plaćanjem, pokušao sam sedam puta i nije mi uspjeso sedam puta, na kraju sada trebam hodat doma,neka se vlasnici srame i neka se developeri još više srame. Sram vas bilo.

The app shows bikes, but all bikes at that station are reserves. The app doesn't tell you that and you walk to that station for nothing. All high traffic stations are empty during rush hour and there's no service to return those bikes there when they are most needed. It would be good if simple things weren't overlooked.

Waste of time and money. I wish I'd have walked. It probably would've been quicker given how limited the options of places you're allowed to park are. The first bike I rented was in bad condition so I had to return but still got charged, just for riding for 5 minutes. Don't waste your time or money, it's almost as slow as walking, but as expensive as driving.

Just too many bugs that have to be fixed. On Android platform at least. Also dont hesitate to contact support in case there would be incorrect penalty charge related to GPS imprecision. They are willing to return money after verification of situation.

SCAM! Charged me 57€ for a bike that never unlocked. Instead of a real refund, they held my money hostage as "app credit". I've called 4 times in 2 months. They lie, stall, and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. They even ignored my formal legal notice! Their bikes are constantly broken too-refusing to lock while the app keeps charging you. Reported to French Fraud Control (DGCCRF) and doing a bank chargeback. Do not download, they will steal your money!

EXPECT HUGE ADDITIONAL COSTS While I like the idea of the app of providing an affordable alternative to the likes of Lime, bolt, voi & co. unfortunately this promise isn't fulfilled. Because of issues with the app I time and again have to pay huge amounts (15€) for a 4 minute ride, because it doesn't register the return. The problem is, the app is generally so buggy, that it isn't always possible to see right away if your return was registered or not. Support was not helpful.

Nette Idee, furchtbare Umsetzung. Beim schönen Wetter wollte ich heute mit Rad statt U-Bahn zum Bahnhof fahren. Ich habe gesehen, in der Nähe steht ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, das ich für 15 Minuten reserviert habe. Leider war das Rad weit und breit nicht zu finden. Auch andere Fahrräder, die ich laut App auf meinen Weg zum Bahnhof hätte finden sollen, waren nicht da. Letztendlich habe ich von meinem Zug nur den hinteren Teil gesehen.
