App will not load. I get the blue screen with the NFL shield, then it just goes blue and fails to load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and data, location settings are on, still failing to load. Can't reach anyone to get this issue sorted.

Do not subscribe, the app sends you to the play store. and the play store can not find any record of the app. so ive had a hard time being able to cancel this sub

Just sits on loading screen for at least 3 minutes. Not ok. Still just loads and the screen turns blue... irritating. had to uninstall it.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription. when I go to the app it wants me to update it. I don't want to update the app, I want to cancel my subscription.
Cancelation is purposefully meant to be tedious. I even changed my card, but forgot Google uses a secondary card to pay. Been having payments made without knowing it since January.
I would like to see changes like I want to see my team play live instead of waiting

NFL says my subscription was thru google and have to cancel thru google, go to google and theres nothing in my subscriptions tab. getting charged $6.99 for nfl+ and cant cancel it. FIX THIS.

Highly inappropriate halftime for superbowl. Will not be re-subscribing in the fall. Lewd sexual acts and foul language should not have any part of the NFL. If the owners can't stand up for decency then I'll spend my time and money elsewhere. If I could rate lower I would!
they make it hard to cancel and even when you do they will make you cancel it again and by that time you paid two more months
You'll find more up-to-date info on YouTube & social media. NFL channel and the NFL App is useless.
I subscribed wanting this for 1 month til the season was over and now it's impossible to cancel subscription. still getting charged for something I don't need .

The app crashes constantly. Rewinding and fast-forwarding are a painful and dangerous experience. Trying to skip forward to the middle of a game requires pressing the jump forward 30 seconds button hundreds of times, and is more likely to crash the app than to succeed.

It is ridiculous you can't even show a picture without trying to drop a cookie on the phone. Scammy. NFL has totally messed up their app. The entire thing is only geared to trying to steal your money to sell that NFL+ now. Games used to always be aired free of charge because commercial ads paid for them to sell to you. You are the product. Now they want to try and charge you in the app and online for the privilege of being sold to companies for ad revenue in the billions to watch the games.

Once you sign up, it's almost impossible to stop at. anytime you try to unsubscribe it sends you to some B.S. information about stopping notices, but nothing about stopping payments. you literally have to go to your bank and put a stop payment on the account. The NFL saw what major league baseball did. Soon they will follow by going all premium.
For some reason it will not sign me in. I paid for a full year of NFL plus and can't access everything because I keep getting a sign in error. Have reset the password numerous times, still cannot access everything I have paid for.
after the free trial I kept getting charged for 4 months so far. my Google play even says I canceled 12/25/25 anyway not cool
This app is outright terrible. I have constant issues with the app not allowing full screen viewing and they make it impossible to cancel the subscription so they can charge $8/mo all year instead of during the season.
terrible app
Payed for NFL+ now I cant cancel because online it says it was purchased through android/google but nothing pops up on my play store subscriptions. Now the only way is to dispute with my credit card
