I've been using this for over 12 months, I've found out that most of the foods on here don't show the correct figures so I have to check the packaging or go online to get the correct facts. I checked with my GPS nurse and she told me not to use it anymore
This app is just a fiddly way of counting calories and does nothing to prevent hunger. You can track your calorie intake more quickly and easily with a notebook and pen. It doesn't actually give you any useful suggestions for curbing your appetite. I am not afflicted with cravings or 'emotional eating', I simply have an appetite for the first time in my life since I became middle aged. The GP recommended it and I tried it for six weeks but I was still hungry and gaining weight so I deleted it.
I've had this app on my phone for months. now I've come to use it again and it says my phone has been jailbroken or rooted so I can't use the app! I've done nothing to my phone to open it up etc so I dont know how to use. this app anymore :(
doesn't support the android health connect APIs, so you can't link it to other apps that track fitness and such. basically makes it a very basic walled garden.
it was working great but since the last update I can't add single fruit items such as banana, apple, satsuma etc of which being on a diet I eat a lot of. it's putting me off bothering to record my food diary
no way to count dairy free options. I have never had to diet. I have no idea about counting calories. never needed to in the past. not enough help for older ones
