very poor with advice when you need it.

This app is terrible i cannot even log into it it gives me a three digital no's and I still cannot get in to it, it is so frustrating just fix this

Terrible. If you have an apple you can easily add your digital NIB card, but Android doesn't give you the option. Unacceptable.
apparently I have insufficient funds in my account (news to me and my bank) so now I'm on this app stuffing around trying to sort it out. trust me when I say I have better things to be doing!

does what NIB wants, not the customer. As bad as the Banks
Payment Receipt cannot be accessed. That is a minimum customer need for someone who pays month on month.

useless laggy app, notifications regarding account dues are sporadic.
Put the claim card on the main screen trying to claim and the card is in a menu and hard to find? where's the good user experience? the home screen is busy now and full of jargon. update: I'm not sitting here chatting to a bot that doesn't understand me. Please tell your developers to simply add the membership card to the home screen. It's simple. I don't want to stand at the dentist with my whole family trying to find a membership card. The app was better before and now over complicated.

like every other health insurance, the price goes up and it covers less ($750 went down to $600) there's nothing people can do about it since the competition is also getting worse higher ups will gladly kill humans for more money

Problem is two factor authentication being forced on users, yet another buggy useless app created by folks that don't understand cyber. You have to verify via email then via phone. Like most of these companies the NIB apps sucks. Switching health insurer to one with less rigmarole. NIB used to be good. Now it's the same as the rest. Still good on claims for extras, but this rating is for the unnecessary steps that don't make you more secure in practice.
full of irrelvant information. try to find a practitioner and most of the ones on their list left the organisation. their lists are so out of date
the app is hard to use. Can't order physical card, finding providers in regional is very difficult, it shows somewhere in SA while I searched for providers in NSW.

The app is so damn glitchy and buggy it's actually unusable. The last few times I've gone to use the app it hasn't worked. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. I never used to have any issues with the app but now I can't even access any part of the app.

should be allowed to cancel your payment plan through the app if you can't afford it anymore, instead of having to go through the hassle of calling
Let me use my password! Staring at the app for a minute and then leaving it to open email and refresh until it drops then copy and paste is a terrible experience when my password manager is right there ready with my password. This is not what email is for
