¿Es posible saber la necesidad de cambiar la UX y UI de la aplicación? La anterior era mejor. Why was changing the app's UX and UI necessary? The old one was better.
Can't contact the company unless you log in. Can't log in because I can't get the password reset. There's no contact and what there is, is listed here and it's an automated answer that says login and do etc. Can't log in if I can't change the password. A vicious cycle. Someone want to help get this resolved? My rating is 0!!!
Esqueci a senha da minha conta, mas sempre que recebia email para responder as pesquisas eu fazia e estava com bastante pontos, mas quando tentei trocar, pedia pra por a senha do login, afirmei que esqueci a senha, disseram que encaminharam email de recuperação, mas é MENTIRA, o e-mail nunca chega e eu fiquei no prejuízo!!

Most of the time, the gift card is out of stock and when I talked to Customer service, they said "oh they go out all thetime, just be patient." Get out with that. Its been YEARS now.

could not even register.Enter email and name ok... country I live in....nothing will fill in or click.ok I tried again and got Spanish page for some reason but it allowed me in.. then asks me for password which was never done..ok clicked forgot password..got a new password and after all the hassle joining......ok want too earn a Zinio card ...use before January this year.dead site tried first survey ...stuck at the start as valid UK postcode is rejected.broken app..don't waste your time with it

Tengo puntos para canjear una tarjeta de Amazon pero no está disponible. Lo curioso es que en la cuenta de mi mujer si lo está. Entre que fallan las encuestas y ofrecen regalos cuando quieren y a quien quieran, no merece la pena. Cada vez son más las encuestas por menos puntos. El soporte de Nicequest me ha dicho que la tarjeta de Amazon solo se puede canjear una vez!!!!!
I have been doing surveys on here for several years. it was fun to accumulate points and their prizes were pretty nice and useful. kitchen appliances, gadgets, gift cards. but now it appears to be only gift cards and donation or paper stencils. gift cards would be great but most are always unavailable . it takes a long time to acquire surveys and a long time to acquire points. would be nice if their updates would do something about this.
Tudo vai bem até vc pedir um presente mais caro. Aí o pacote desaparece, ou dizem que entregaram sem entregar ou que o endereço estava errado. Pode ser culpa da loja, mas a Nicequest preferiu desativar minha conta.

Give this survey app a miss as you will never earn enough to redeem for an Amazon gift card. They used to have £10 & £20 gift cards but recently removed them and now the minimum redemption is £100!! This will take about two years or more the way surveys dribble in. Anyway I emailed nice quest about this and they completely ignored my question (got a generic reply) stating that they try to offer high quality rewards that people want. Simply rediculous! Reinstate £10 Amazon and I'll update review.

Siguen subiendo los "precios" pero no hay inflacion en nicequest es solo codicia porque el aporte que nosotros hacemos es el mismo. Aparte cada vez cuesta mas conseguir la misma cantidad de korus. Sino les da para los premios que no se dediquen a investigacion de mercado. Solo a modo de ejemplo pero unas miseras letras con imanes para heladera estaban 595 korus y ahora estan 950 korus. ¿Porque? ¿Que tiene que ver la inflacion del peso con el inflacion del koru? Nada cada vez peor.

It is a scam. After taking their survey i tried to get a giftcard it was continuely unavailable. I wrote a letter complaining.Nicequest suggest selecting a different gift. I suggested in gift card are wanted to offer more. What was Nicequest response was to raisevthe point to the gift card so i don't have enough points to get one. That is underhanded and unethical practice. So i deleted the apps. I will no longer allow Nicequest to profit from my work and in return give me nothing.
Ever since they added gift card options, they are NEVER available!!!!!! Why even bother putting them on your app and you don't even have ANY of them.... Waste of time, I have Korus I'd like to use, been holding onto them for a year.... And they write the same support message for everyone, how annoying!!

Requested a gift that I never got. It's impossible to contact anyone to find out what happened. It's a total scam. Don't waste your time.
We detected an irregularity 😹 This means that I somehow made a mistake in responding and it seemed suspicious. Maybe it's my speed? Well, they wrote that if this keeps happening I'd get kicked out. This is a SCAM and everyone who says they got something is a fake reviewer. What other explanation could there possibly be?
After I saved enough points to order a cologne it been over a week and I haven't got any information on it like when they going to send it and tracking number.
Era muy buena opción canjear tarjetas de regalo de amazon. Ahora las cambiaron por otra opción muy mala, que quita la mitad del valor a mis korus. Ojalá reconsideren regresar la opción de amazon, con la cantidad de korus que antes tenía.
