Cette banque est nulle. Ils vous forcent à faire des transferts d'argent avec Ria, avec des taux de change qui sont très très bas. Ils ne te permettent pas de choisir avec quel moyen faire le transfert. J'ai essayé d'utiliser tap tap send et ils l'ont bloqué. Et quand je les ai appelé j'ai dû attendre 15 min pour avoir quelqu'un. Service nul je recommande pas.
Cannot connect. "Internet connection required". No access on app or website. It's been two days since this happened ALL DAY and now AGAIN?!? If this continues, quite frankly I can't see a reason to stay with Nickel.
no puede ser que uno necesitando el código de envío para enviar un dinero de urgencia y se demoren más 30 minutos por un mensaje y luego salgan con un cuento chimbo que me bloquean por seguridad y que tengo que esperar 24H. En lo posible no usen está tarjeta para nada a no ser que de verdad sea de mucha necesidad

Impossible de contacter le service clients
I requested to temporarily freeze my account, and I was charged 35 euros for that. However, afterward the requests are being made automatically, and each time 35 euros is being charged. I don’t understand why this is happening. I contacted with support team but didn't get any solution regarding this issue. This is very unfortunate, and I am very disappointed with Nickel’s service.

Stay away! I would give 0 stars, but that option does not exist. From my perspective, these people are running a scam : It costs money, which they promise you "will get back". Don't believe them -- you won't. Unfit for any purpose: can't transfer money in or out. Can't pay online with it. It is simply a money hole. Their customer service hangs up on you 1:30 after saying "your expected waiting time to speak to an agent is 3 minutes". If you value your money, use other services. My 30€ is gone.
just fault bank. always money cating no reason. avoid this bank.
4 days without being able to make transfers. I called customer service and they said nothing was wrong. I opened another account with Revolut and all my transfers went through.
