Do NOT buy any products or use this company. Customer service is horrible. They do not have any way of talking to anybody to help you. the live chat takes 24 hours to reply. if you can't contact phone number and talk to a human being do not purchase anything from a company.
I'm not paying for extra stuff or subscriptions. uninstalled and returning.
This app is getting worse. There is a major bug with saving down labels. It will not always save updates to labels. Or when signing in again the labels previously saved or missing. Makes having the printer pointless. Also the close button has stopped working. So the only way to open another label is to close and restart the app.
This is Chinese spyware
recently it started to not work and not wanting to print even with a lot of sticker left in the roll... trashhh
support is non existent.. they don't even seem to understand English. I have exchanged emails trying to find their best labels with strong glue and they don't even understand what I am asking for..
Samsung Tablet and it WONT download, why ... it has manged to download on phone but need it on tablet, if it won't, its going back, eyes not good enough to design on phone fgs????

Doesn't support third party labels, annoying VIP ads everywhere. Device will be recycled.

Layout is not intuitive.... And a tiny little window to input text? Make it wysiwyg. Some issue inherent in the app where response is inconsistent with normal use...restarted app 3 times to get it to respond normally. Love my B1 printer, just fix the UI. 4/26- still a good printer, please increase the text edit window size or make it WYSIWYG. Hate the waste of labels every time you change labels just to get proper alignment.
Full of ads and pay walls.
Paywalled, need to pay for many fonts and templates. Saving of labels doesn't work. Fonts are non standard naming. Alignment and mirroring of text in cable labels doesn't work correctly.
The app is VERY glitchy. When it works, it's great. However, most of the time I have to fight to get it to do what I want. I also have a hard time ordering the labels. Most of the time I'm told they are not in stock.
