I had to sign in again and again every day...why is that...? and it didn't read my two days running session....

been using this app well over a decade and now its not tracking miles properly or at all. also take too long to log in automatically
Nike app asks me to login every time I open it. This app calculates avg pace like i covered 400m in 108 seconds it will simply add 1600m average and say to me it took you 127sec ,Like i am not able to check my real performance & when i click the performance of a specific run & then go back it takes 5-7 secs to load the same page again this is totally disgusting & i do not use vpn. Make it smooth my network speed is 300mbps don't blame it pls.
dumb app wont let me log in on my new phone!! keeps asking me for an 8 digit code they do not send 🤬 i guess like with shoes, i might have better luck with Adidas 🤷🏻♂️ lets find out.
I have been using this since a month and today I noticed a bug app is not ending my run even after holding the end button kindly fix it ASAP

unusable. can't get past login. it's trying to load Firefox but phone is overloaded and locking up. very bad design
why do I have to Sign-in to my account when I open app?! its so Frustrating!!!! many times I do a running even where there is no internet/ data service

A proposta do aplicativo e dos planos de corrida é boa, mas a quantidade de falhas é extremamente desanimadora. Já aconteceu diversas vezes de eu concluir uma corrida inteira e o app não registrar, não permitir finalizar ou simplesmente parar de registrar no meio do treino. Uso os planos para acompanhar minha evolução, mas desse jeito parece que nunca vou concluí-los. Eu poderia repetir as corridas, mas haja tempo. Estou considerando buscar outro aplicativo.

Update June 22 2026: My app will not allow me to end my run although it tracked correctly. Ive always liked this app but the volume on my other apps to play music don't always go back to full volume after Nike distance updates stop. I miss the friends/contacts cheering when I run on the old Nike app. it doesn't integrate with how I listen to music, which is mostly YouTube because Bluetooth headphones don't work as an antenna.
The app got stuck buffering after a run and wouldn't allow me to move on without cancelling the session. I used live chat to try to sort it (there is no contact option in the app, I had to find it online). The chat guy told me I could move on and still find my session in the app. This was untrue. He then said I could manually enter the details. I did not write the info down as I followed his advice instead. Silly me! Besides, if I have to record the info myself, why would I need an app?
I paused my run, it wouldn't resume and wouldn't stop the run either. I even tried to force close the app and I went back on and it was still stuck "paused" on this run. I had to fully delete the app and reinstall it.
I've been using this App For The last Couple of Weeks and it's a Good App Since It Track's My Progress And See's how far I've Gotten but There's This One Glitch Where I Record My Runs when I open up The app To see My Stats It Hasn't Recorded the Miles it only Recorded The Time And It's Not once It's done That I'd Recommend The app To Get updated And Fix This Glitches Cuz it's hurts To know You've Run A Kilometer and your stats hasn't been recorded because of a simple glitch
