They rejected directly and told me to pay first, claim later. This is cheating. People take insurance for cashless only. If you have to pay from pocket, why take policy? Same thing happened to my family friends with Niva Bupa. Avoid this company.

make a proper website and app first, not user friendly, it shows undefined undefined after login, no plans displaying, not proper comparison, forcing towards the recommended plans instead of viewing all the plans. website is so outdated

no telugu language. and iam already renewal my Policy but not seeing this app. and Policy holders list seeing short name's but I have corrected the Policy holders names but you have multiple times seeing name's

3 saal se premium diya, par aaj 5 din se hospital mein approval ka intezar kar raha hoon. NivaBupa ki service ekdam ghatiya hai. Patient admit hai aur portal ab tak pending! Rating: 0/5 ⭐️. Sharam karo! mera opinion hain is company ka insurance nhi kare.
boss. read the comment before replying. I followed same steps and it's not working. spent 2 hrs with frustration. used app, website but instaassist request does not get submitted. we keep pressing submit button. never works. phone number of call center never connected. I better use my office policy than this head ache
Worst APP ever encountered. Keep on showing "Oops, Something went wrong" error. Not receiving the TAC & NRI login button also not working. Until change the region & internet connection to Indian network when accessed outside India. The design is also weird, NRI login should be before requesting the TAC to local number, not at the same page where required to enter TAC received to local mobile. If APP is like this, I'm worried about the policy claim & benefits.

worst service pls don't go with here no proper support only fake promises don't take any policy here for annual health checkup it's self I faced many problems. sample collections also not done in my life till now I dint see like this company going forward I will not take any policy here... even my family members also existing policy are going on. we will quit this ASAP I suggest to others to don't take any policy here....

very bad experience from customer care. they make you buy policy and once you buy, the agent wont respond to you. very bad claim settlement. other companies are hassle free. i suggest dont buy from nuva bupa. further the customer service is worst.
person needs to talk with an executive in case of medical assistant not ivr... don't buy this policy no-one answers the call even if you wait for 30 minutes

Niva Bupa is a Fraud company , they only want premium from poor people , at Time of cashless treatment they said for reimbursement and at time of reimbursement they play with several illogical and idiotic clauses , and ultimately they reject claims , there customer care do not knows anything, their agents are just money begger, Don't BUy Niva Bupa
Never buy insurance from Niva Bupa. No customer support. No clear email ID. Even the escalation option in the app doesn’t work. Dealing with Niva Bupa Health Insurance has become a mental drain. My premium jumped from ₹38K to ₹55K (69%) in a year, plus a 30% hike in top-up. No explanation, no breakup, no accountability. Health insurance should give peace of mind, not frustration.

Pathetic experience with Niva Bupa. Rejected my mother's reimbursement claim of ₹22,500 by questioning the doctor's decision to admit her. Just because vitals were stable, they expect patients to stay home even when in pain. This is a clear tactic to avoid paying genuine claims. Policyholders, beware of their 'Section 2.1.26' trap! I had took this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman and Consumer Forum but they are also cahoots with them. Will never recommend this company.

one of the worst app I've used till date. I'm 100% sure that your dev and testing team sucks in doing the basic job. you've a chargeable support number and application doesn't work to get a otp. please provide a working app when youve a huge customer base.
unable to do renewal payment of policy through upi
very very poor service i always suggest Niva Bupa health insurance nhi lena chahiye, policy me mistake company ke agents aur team karte hai claim public ka reject hota hai. complaint ke name se time waist kiya jata hai.complaint id 26341055 privious health issue not add my policy bond simple reason claim rejection time. grievance feedback zero. aapki company aur aapki team trust nhi rahi. aapki team problem solve nhi karti hai magar solve likh kar complaint close karti hai.

worst insurance for the cash claims service. Avoid Niva Bhupa health insurance if we prefer cash claims. I feel sorry to purchase this premium. Next year I will prefer another Insurance company. Too bad. Good bye Niva Bhupa.
