Je kan niet meer inloggen. Als je bij het inloggen op Accepteren drukt (de app gebruikt een browser voor inloggen) verwijst dit naar de Nmbrs app welke meteen crasht. Als je de app weer opstart ben je niet ingelogd. Cache en data verwijderen werkt niet en de app opnieuw installeren werkt ook niet.

I cannot log in. The web form redirects to the app but it crashes immediately. I even tried different browsers (Brave and Chrome) but that does not help.

How do I scan the 3party Auth qr code on the phone I'm installing the app on?? Dumb. Can't use code it requires a url, which isn't given. The app now ALWAYS asks me to set a pincode. I already have a pincode. If I press Yes... it goes to the settings app, which makes no sense. Why??? This app has become a pain in the a$$. Would give -5 stars if I could. 3 party authentication setup takes forever. Ugh.
One of thee worst apps. If you don't use a desktop computer for this you will end up wanting to break your phone/tablet. The amount of times I have been pulling my hair screaming because I have all the right documents but for some reason I can't select them in the app (desk top just fine??) Worthless.

Forgot password functionality doesn't work at all. No contact, no support. Basically it's a big dead app, with all my payslips hidden inside and have no access to it. I hope you are loosing clients
Haven't been able to use this app starting May 2019. Every login attempt fails. Two-factor code is correct as it would show an error message if it wasn't, app just doesn't continue. Never seen such a horrible app. Other then 'we will look into it', but nothing changes.
Haal de IP beveiliging er aub uit. Moet bij iedere inlog bevestigen via email dat het oke is.
Cannot get past enter pin stage- screen freezes. And there is no way to skip that even though I have already signed in. Web page is not responsive so nmbrs only accessible by desktop for me.

kansloos. ieder keer gekloot met de app. Gebruiken jullie het zelf ook? Het verbaasd mij iedere keer weer hoe slecht de app is. Dan weer opeens alle instellingen weg. Vingerafdruk scanner werkt niet op een normale manier. Onduidelijk of lege dialogs. Ik zou zeggen, installeer zelf en join de hell. Nu worden de stroken niet weergegeven als je er op klikt. Klikken op een notificatie in de app zelf doet ook niets.
The tabs are wrong , home is a huge empty window, data is an small window and I can't access to the loon description. Do I need a Google account to use this aap? Unistall, install, geen succes.
Why require me to login again when I've setup a PIN. Also, I can't lookup the amount of unused vacation time I have left. This means at least some data is missing in the app that I can see on the website, so might as well use that.
Sinds de laatste update kun je niet meer inloggen.
Payslips are always in review status. Even for Old payslips. Can't access them when required need to keep it downloaded as pdf. In that case App is not useful.
In addition to the PIN you have to enter every time domain name, email address and password. Normally you have a PIN so that you do not to do that.

Het is weer een andere generieke app, niet op maat gemaakt. Je kunt beter bij je pc zitten en daar alle functies gebruiken. Documenten zijn vol met HR-lingo, lastig te volgen. Verjaardagen van collega's kan je ook niet zien in de app... teleurstellend. Het is functioneel (Android), maar wordt je niet verliefd op.

I put my email in and password then get to the page Nmbrs ESS Nmbrs ESS would like to get access to: so i press accept but i have waited for 30 mins to 1 hour and i still cannot access my payslip. Could you please solve the problem? Thank you very much in advance
Works but buggy app. Eg: back button doesn't go back to the previous page, but always closes the app
What is this UI? After years of using this, it still feels like an unfinished student project. On the website you can't see the full list of birthdays of your colleagues, but on the app you can... except that it's just the day and year, the month is missing! I can't edit my warn-in-case-of-emergency person, and can't even see that part of my profile on the app. And don't get me started on the payslips, almost every past payslip displays an error that makes it inaccessible.
It's just OK. Somethings in the UI are really bad. For example, the timeregistration window is in reverse order, the most recent entry is at the bottom. Things like that make the app not pleasurable to use. And something like this would've been fixed if it was properly tested.
It's functional, but why disable the back button...
