terrible! the app works better then the device.
for some reason it never recoginizes my email so I can't reset my password then locks account and I can't check router or accesses.
Cannot run speed test for last 3 months, sent email to App provider but no reply, contacted my broadband provider who said they cannot access either. Please sort this out, used to work fine am using same router for last 2 years it used to work with this router, so why not now. No information or contact phone number to query only email which does not reply.
this app sucks bigtime
My ISP TOOK AWAY my ability to control my router unless I use this app it DOES NOT support my router.
Doesn't work. Am connected, all permissions allowed, fails every time. Invasive looking privacy policy.

my Nokia app is not connecting to my router
One of the worst router app ever. it takes 2 mins to block a device and 2 mins to unblock it. WiFi network cannot be controlled if not connected to the same. the orbi app was fast 2 seconds to block and 2 sec to unblock. Wi-fi user on orbi could be controlled from anywhere as long as your connected to any network. Above is feedback to improve. I certainly want to see nokia name again in the electronic world.

Limited documentation on pretty much anything regarding the app, ONT and beacons. Spent many hours attempting to get a beacon to pair to the ONT to use as a "wifi extender." It simply times out every time. Also neither the web UI or the app can edit internal ONT timezone settings like some other interfaces. As a result, the parental schedule does not work as intended. Very sick of all-consuming enshi*ification.
Doesn't even work. I have an G-2425-GA ONT installed. Cannot even detect that but on help center it shows that the model is supported. They took out DLNA and Upnp from basic router settings. I was trying this app particularly for that reason. Can't even do that now.
DELETE THIS APP ITS SO ANNOYING I HAD TO GET A NEW ROUTER BECAUSE I FORGOT MY PASSWORD AND TS APP GOT DELETED ACCIDENTALLY

When it stays connected it works amazing. it constantly says connected without Internet. I have reset it multiple times, checked every setting on my devices and nothing fixes it. It's a struggle to be streaming or doing things on my phone that need wifi and it just disconnects. It takes hours sometimes for the connection to include wifi. My 15 year old router worked better than this. Any advice on how to fix this so it stops happening would be great.
the app has failed to open
unable to rename port forawding name, devices always offline, speedtest won't work half the time.. really annoying would love a better web interface.
