I tried to reserve on this app and it kept giving me an error message that the network had an error. This went on for 2 days. I finally got my girlfriend to reserve it and it gave her no problem. This app prefers Koreans and will reduce service for foreigners.

최악이네요 정말 너무 느려요

버스 못탔습니다. ㅡ예약완료된 화면켑쳐해서 보여주고 버스타려고 했더니 큐알코드 없으면 안된다함 ㅡ버스 앞에 있는 도우미분께서 매표소에 가서 예약화면 보여주고 큐알코드 받아오라해서 갔더니 예약기록 전혀없음. 예약한 어플 보여달라해서 보여주니 한참을 본후 결국 큐알코드 못찾음. 본인이 찾으라함 ㅡ다시 버스로 와서 도우미분께 도움요청 했으나 그분도 못찾음. 버스에도 예약기록없고 기사분도 모른다하고 결국 출발시간 지연됨 . 승객들 눈치보여 포기함. ㅡ야놀자 예약완료 후 이메일이나 휴대폰 메세지로 예약완료 통보메일이나 큐알코드 전송 없었음. ㅡ야놀자 고객센터에 연락해서 왜 예약완료 통보및 큐알코드 안보내주냐고 했더니큐알코드 찾는건 고객책임 이라며 취소 수수료30% 땐다고 함. ㅡ예약시 예약완료 화면에 큐알코드 필수라고 경고문구 해늫던지 메일로 보네주던지 그것도 아니라면 급할때 쉽게 볼수 있도록 해주던지 했어야 하지 않을까요. 예약확인 하려면 본인인증까지. 신규회윈 가입절차 수준 ㅋㅋ

Can't even sign up if you don't have a Korean phone number - super disappointed. At least the support agent on Kakao Talk was quick with the replies... I wanna try some of the chill stuff on the app too, yo...

야놀자 자비없어요. 결제하고 날짜를 잘못 눌근거 확인하고 10분내 취소하려했는데 '안타깝지만 저희는 규정 내에서만 도움 드릴 수 있는 점 양해 말씀 드립니다.' 라는 말만 남기고 15만원 날림ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 엌ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

당일치기 출장가는 회사는 반환되야하는데 결제되는 순간 반환 요청 다까임. 취소설정 좀 해놓으라고

Absolutely terrible so far. App keeps giving errors at the final point but still deducts money. I ended up paying twice. Compared to coupang, aliexpress or any other app in Korea this is the hardest to use for financial transactions. It is extremely hard to use for payments. I had a Korean help me and he also just told me to call.I travel tomorrow hope inhave a better experience
