Be careful when you buy e sim, because it activates as soon as you buy it without your permission. It's useless and it wasted my money.

the network is unstable, it changes from 4g to 5g arbitrarily, there is not a possibility to top up your package and then you have to restart the instalation process again. And the worst -it's very expensive. Dont waste your time. Support was good but took an enormous amount of time.

Bangladesh esim trial not support in latest version
Upon installing Nomad, I was shown a message saying there was a promo for a free 3-day trial I signed up today. After signing up, I was immediately shown a message saying the promo isn't available. I went to the account tab to check for available promos, and found one for $2 off any plan. I figured $2 off the $5 plan I was looking at was still pretty cheap, so I went for it. After activating this promo, the prices shot up. The $5 plan I was looking at shot up to $9. I don't play games like this.

This eSIM is a rip-off. I bought a thirty-day 20GB plan to use in central Mexico. It only gave me detrimental 2G speed. I had to buy a data plan from a different carrier. Google Maps took forever to load and images never uploaded or downloaded. A waste of money...
used services in the past and everything was smooth but their incapable support with poor understanding is outrageous. one specific esim wasn't working, fine I opened a refund dispute and asked for a refund on refund dispute, right? logical?? well to their support is not enough. I haven't replied with yes when they initiated a refund and they cancelled it. few days ago I came to buy esim and to my surprise last one was not refunded and it expired, they refused to refund and offer 50% points back
Gave me a non working eSIM in Japan. Said they didnt wanna look into why it kept disconnecting if they're giving me a refund : not interested in having a functional product. I used another app and it works perfectly. Ruined 1 of the days of my vacation though.
Very disappointed with Nomad eSIM in Indonesia. First 4 days in Ubud were fine, then the connection became unreliable across multiple areas of Bali. Constant dropouts despite showing signal. I couldn’t reliably access banking, maps, Grab, messages, or manage flights. Support was worse - the bot disconnected and deleted my feedback. Pixel 8 works fine otherwise. Ended up relying on Wi-Fi and hotspots. Would not use again and would like a refund.

Cheap but very slow/unusable in my experience
bought esim for indonesia on pixel 3a and failed to install. spent 2h with support trying to explain that the pixel has no sim manager of you have 0 apps installed to no success. asked for a refund and bought esim on Saily which worked flawlessly.

My mobile is second hand. The previous owner must have uninstalled this app, before selling the phone.
absolute scam, could not be more dissatisfied. i bought a *5g unlimited* plan, which turns out is actually 2GB/day at 5g, and then they cap you at 1Mbps. DO NOT USE
it's not a user friendly app, I find it hard to get connected when you get to your destination. I've given it a few goes now. I think I will not recommend Nomad as my go to esim Sorry!
Back to one star again, Hong Kong esims don't work at all, struggled a lot with China too, overall unreliable Troubleshooting steps do nothing was left stranding more than once
Said that email addresses aren't supported after I had entered all my details and validated my email address
Speed it crape when you choose unlimited data because they use a different internet provider and tunnel your data through a different country with limited speed at 1MB, making it useless... Like now I am in South America, the app makes my data go through their server in Belgium, making the speed ultra slow. Also you need to change settings in phone network settings all the time when installing their eSIM, doesn't work straight away when installing the eSIM
Sadly having a horrible experience with this App. Got the Europe 35 country deal and it's just a headache and keeps getting worse and worse as you use it and change countries. To the unfortunate point where for the last countries it just does not work. Haven't had anything in Germany and Austria. It just switches on and off and drains my battery in 2 hours and still, no data whatsoever. I really tried using this service, and I guess it only really worked out for me once upon a time :(
Such a scam! They offer a free 1 GB trial eSIM but after account creation there was just the message you can't have it and it was marked as claimed even I never had an account before.
This was my third purchase with them. Worst app. I bought a plan for 25 USD to be used in croatia. But the e sim does not connect to any network. worst part they don't have proper customer support to resolve the issue. Wasted my money. NOTE- kindly use other reliable Esim apps like Saily but say NO to NOMAD.

Sensitive apps flag that as they see you logging in from outside the USA. One solution may be to run it via an always-on VPN. Also noticed slower speeds on a 5g phone, relative to competitors. But generally, their plans are a bit more economical than competitors. So decide based on your usage/situation.
Spent about 2h with costumer service (event though i did all step of the Faq and showed screenshot to the agent) The agent makes me do all the steps again, asking for new screenshots. 2h later, i get announced that there's been a service outage for 8 hour and this agent hasn't been informed. I'm not mad, i's just like to know why this particular company cannot warn their agent about the outage to save time for them and costumers at the same time...
Giving a bad review only for an annoying behaviour of the app. there is no way to remove something that was added to the cart and this results in constant notifications pushing to continue the purchase. Otherwise the app is very good
kinda sucked. it was really hard to actually get working on my phone, and I tried to buy an esim for Europe but somehow wound up with one that only works in the Netherlands. don't waste your money on them. maybe it was just user error but I spent way too much brainpower trying to get this thing tow ork, and then it didn't. just, if you go with these guys, be REALLY sure you're actually buying what you want. the signal was good ENOUGH in the Netherlands but it really wasn't great at any point.
