This app is really hard to match with someone, their so curious and I think they don't like black people the bad thing when you send them message,they don't reply back,I have been using this app so long no one has sent me a message please help me to match with someone

I'm not sure if this app is designed for foreigners to use or not, but I received a warning out of the blue and when I asked customer service about it, they told me that they have noticed a suspicious scam pattern and told me to identify myself. Keep in mind, I verified my profile already. So I'm not sure what the target audience is, but I'm not happy with this app at all.

Trash. App is a money grab. easy to set up profile, pay to communicate. No chance to watch adds or get limited communication. Have to pay just to see profile pic and cost is WAY to high. Lots of bots, lots of fake profiles and notifications that never stop. Dont bother downloading.

좀 위험한 어플이네요. 왜 내 사진 지우는것도 승인을 받아야하고 꺼림칙해서 계정 없에려는데 계정도 무슨 승인 없이 못지우게 되있네요.

SO MANY BOTS AND SCAMS. Large portion of female accounts are totally blank and unverified. Why show profiles to anyone if they are not filled out. Next you have the stolen sns photos that they make an account out of. Their hobbies are thousands of items long of just company names and idol groups. Just have a bot clear them off server. Finally, the candy. Even the maybe real accounts are non interactive and have no penalty to decline. How about if people decline a choice match msg. return candy.

You exclude Algeria from your list of supported countries, yet you penalize Algerian users for trying to access your platform by selecting any available country. That’s not policy - that’s hypocrisy You list neighboring countries like Morocco, and many others.but pretend Algeria doesn’t exist. We’re not invisible. We’re not a second-class population. We’re millions of users you’re deliberately ignoring, while still demanding compliance with rules that were never built for us in the first place.
how do you delete this? its not letting me delete. I have no choice but to change my settings and photo to make it look like a fake account and let it float without deleting forever
First off customer service takes over 24 hours to respond. And why is my gender under report? You won't even let me make a profile. I'm a trans man and I will make sure my ENTIRE community hears about how transphobic you are.
A lot of stuff is in korean, which I don't speak and I only found out about this after downloading the app, I want to delete my account but everytime I select the option to delete it, a notice pops up and nothing happens. Customer support sucks because they don't reply at all. Worst experience ever.

this is a very useless app I downloaded it up till today I can't create an account.... I use Facebook not working I also use email and mobile number still not working once you put your to create account it will automatically go back very useless app don't waste your time a data downloading this application my rate is 0/10
Drip feeds you "candies" which get used up in five seconds. Waste of time. Back to meeting people IRL, I guess!

i feel it's a fake app, it shows all the country's and locations but introduces only a few people from china and in this process it gives an option to block the people we know from our contacts and it gets the contacts....don't waste your time or give your contacts away to fake servers

it's just a waste of time, u want me to select the place I want friends or act - but dam they say me in my location I selected seoul! but they say " the location seems to be not accurate " WT hack 😕 can chat with anyone if I want to chat someone I'm click them I'd but still not working! I'm going to delete the app, nothing happened! boring apps for foreign people who want to make Korean friends! it's nothing that happened that I completed on the customer service , on the app but no one is reply
The idea seems good. App asks for too much, gives too little. You have to give tons of personal data. The app is in another language, pretty much. Very used in Asia. If you're a male you can't choose to see other men, you have to be straight. Doesn't allow screen capture which is annoyingly annoying.

It's about them not Dating! Pay to win or nothing. You can't even use translation by copying and pasting to another app. And they won't even allow devices like Samsung Glaxy S25 Ultra to even translate on screen. This app is about making money for the developer. Learn something from Tinder, bumble maybe Hinge. They're free still you have subscription and people still buy it. But forcing people to pay upfront just to see profile is really low, like lowest of the low.
this app takes forever to just review someone, I feel like am in an interview. I get you don't want people to get scammed but making someone applaod their photos too many times is annoying
unfortunately can't speak korean and aside the menu which is in english, rest is in korean.
