PLEASE fix your app, it gave me more than 10 error while trying to pick the food, it gave infinite loop before offering payment methods, and I actually had to re-order 4 times. And when I wanted to pick my order and pressed "I'm there in 10 minutes", it also took FOREVER to process what should be a couple of seconds, eventually it processed so late that even the restaurant staff gave me a hard time of ordering so late. NEVER again, Nordsee.
Schrott. Die App ist immer gecrasht. Ich habe eine Bestellung schon aufgegeben und das Geld abgebucht, aber die Bestellung war verloren gegangen. In Historie konnte sie auch nicht gefunden. Dafür muss man erneut bestellen
Absoluter Schrott! Vo der Filiale über die App zum Abholen bestellt und bezahlt. Musste zuerst 30 !!! Min warten bis die Filiale die Bestellung im System hatte. Screenshot und Fotos habe ich gemacht. Dann war der Fisch nicht vorrätig und ich musste weitere 14min warten. Absolut wertloser Müll! -- Update nach einer weiteren Stunde: Die laut App versprochene E-Mail dass das Essen zur Abholung bereit ist, ist immer noch nicht da. Aber Spam/Werbung von Nordsee. Kein weiterer Kommentar.
Seit einigen Tagen zeigt die App nur die Meldung "go the the app store to get the latest version" (genau so). De- und Neuinstallation hilft nicht.
Constantly crashing. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with Android 12. App doesn't even open. Funny thing is, the system at Nordsee brach was down as well. So generally the software team sucks. Take it from me: software engineer for the past 13 years.

Whoever designed this app, should get some courses in UX and usability design ... All coupons are locked until you register ... Wanted to have a digital alternative of the paper coupons ... But it seems I just have to carry the paper version with me and uninstall this useless app.
Registrierung nicht möglich, sagt jedes mal "something went wrong". Keine details zum fehler, nicht hilfreich.

Seit 2 Stunden ohne erfolg. Die app lädt überhaupt nichts. Wie viel Terabyte Hintergrund Daten müssen denn geladen werden? Auch nach Installation auf einem anderen Smartphone ohne erfolg irgendwas angezeigt zu bekommen.
Warum sendest diese App ungefragt Daten an dieses widerwärtige Facebook!!!

Ewig langsam und zusätzlich kann man per App nichts bestellen. Bleibt einfach nur ewig im Warenkorb, ohne dass irgendwas passiert.

Wer ist auf die geniale Idee gekommen, random Hintergrundupdates Notifications auslösen zu lassen?
Zieht mehrmals täglich im Hintergrund ungeklärte Updates die eine Notification auslösen, die sich nicht anzeigen lässt. Spooky ohne Erklärung. Wird Deinstalliert
der Couponbereich ist sehr buggy. Coupons werden ganz oft gar nicht gezeigt oder hängt die Seite in einer Schleife. Irgendwas stimmt nicht mit dem backend euer app. l
