app won't let me delete items I don't want
Set up the app, excited to use it. It will not allow me to use the biometric login so it is NOT secure
kisses me off i cant sign in after I just signed up. grrr
wildly terrible. downloaded the app to track a purchase I made on the website. logged into the same account and yes, I'm sure it's the same account... it had my shipping address and payment method saved, so it was clearly the same one. had never used NR before two days ago. order history nonexistent in the app. gotta use the website. why have an app in the first place if it's not capable of proper synchronization?

I can't have the option to receive my order more fast! Very badly customer service!
It's so different in each store some are a dream and others such as New Orleans, or St Louis have been horrible. The credit card is of no value.
I HATE the new product layout on the app. Only being able to view two items in one row on a page is annoying and time consuming.
latest update that removed material / composition from clothing items' description was a terrible decision. some of us depend a ton on composition to determine whether or not to purchase something online! I can foresee online returns increasing even more for Nordstrom with this update. not well thought out at all.

very glitchy. super frustrating
I don't appreciate being discriminated. Nordstrom closed my card account on my card exp date. Said that my credit score was too low when my account was on good standing. I didn't approve a credit check. since when does department stores flag certain accounts & run a credit check on certain customers? I've been a Nordstroms customer for 30 years! It's unfair & not right that you singled me out & closed my credit account! I've NEVER had any credit acct EVER DO THAT TO ME!
