I HATE the new product layout on the app. Only being able to view two items in one row on a page is annoying and time consuming.

I don't appreciate being discriminated. Nordstrom closed my card account on my card exp date. Said that my credit score was too low when my account was on good standing. I didn't approve a credit check. since when does department stores flag certain accounts & run a credit check on certain customers? I've been a Nordstroms customer for 30 years! It's unfair & not right that you singled me out & closed my credit account! I've NEVER had any credit acct EVER DO THAT TO ME!
I called early Friday night several times for the Estee Lauder counter, but there was no answer. Today, Monday, I called Nordstrom's this morning, Estee Lauder counter did not answer again. Called their main number, told about my issue, they transferred me to someone else, and the call dropped. Called them back, and they sent me to the same department, no answer. This is not professional service. It's disappointing & confusing.
I ordered a Coat and snow boots , but nothing has been delivered
