I went to Russia and this is useless there. it promissed on the website that I'd be able to use WhatsApp and other networks but it was waste. was unable to use YouTube, insta and not even Telegram don't waste your money on this app. DO NOT PURCHASE.
annoying not enough pause options

I used Nord VPN free trial and cancelled the subscription before the trial end, still it charged me for 79$/ yr subscription. I am very unhappy and never going to use it again.

I was very disappointed with this product. It did not meet my expectations at all, and the customer support team was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process. I definitely would not recommend this product or company to anyone.
If you like rebooting your laptop every time this buggy app crashes, if you like killing processes, replacing DLLs manually and staring at blank Nord GUIs you'll love Nord. Be an alpha tester because they've probably tested it on one phone and laptop before another bungled release assaults your machines.
bad connection
the further we go, the more the updates, the worst it gets to find good reliable and fast servers. support was bad, 30 min. and they didn't resolve it
Doesn't hide my location even after premium membership...still can't download apps or visit sites unavailable in my country so what's the point.
messes with my banking and some apps. I have to turn it off

Changing the dedicated IP address mid term!!!!! And then the support team says that they are doing me a favour that they send me some of the money back after cancelling the subscription!
the VPN is being blocked by more and more sites forcing you to pause the VPN for access. it becomes of no value
Multiple times per hour the VPN just hangs stuck on connecting. I miss messages, apps crash. I would never recommend the app... update, now it's on three different phones that I've had the same problem. brand new phone, brand new installation and constant dead internet with a stupid VPN on my phone. resetting the VPN connection or killing the VPN are my ways to get my internet back.😡
I don't know what Happened actually I subscribed for 1 month plan at 499 also my money has been deducted from the account but still it's showing no subscription in my account I tried many times to reach out your Help check but its showing error Is it a scam or a fraud with me??? please refund orelse....

3 day free trial was not a 3 day free trial. They went ahead and still charged the $100 regardless of cancelation within the first 3 days. Absolute scam of a company.
previously I gave 5 Stars but now I'm backing up to 1 because the services of Nord VPN are totally unreliable and useless on Desktop, mobile and tv . shame .

NordLynx, NordWhisper and IKEv2 don’t work. OpenVPN only connected to one server in Poland, and even that works only with one ISP
watching itv x or BBC kicks me off for using VPN
