Fine at first but renewal price is BS and no one answers emails from their support. NordVPN lost my loyalty I can get ripped off by another VPN company maybe they will actually have customer service.

I am confused as to why there are notifications directing users to download the TV app when they already have it installed?

I was on a 3 day trial and decided to cancel before the trail ends... requested a refund and I am yet to get it back... it's been over 2 weeks now!!!

there is no free option, initially ask to take a subscription. You can simply update your category as a paid application.
It is impossible to delete your account and request a refund even if you do so the same day you opened the account. You have to request a refund prior to deleting your account, but there is no functioning facility to accomplish that. So Nord scammed me out of $130.93. Completey unprofessional and duplicitous way to do business in my opinion. I'm so surprised refunds are handled separately. That way they don't have to be handled at all. Just throw in some broken links, and you're golden.

For some reason NordVPN now FORCES a connection to Google Play or it stops working. DO NOT USE NORDVPN. We should be able to turn Google off if we want!

Recent updates have left the VPN unable to connect on the PC without restarting your PC or using the task manager to close it and crossing your fingers that it will work when you open it again. It seems like NordVPN goes through cycles where it works great for a few months, then they update it, and it is completely broke for a few months. I have contacted supported a few times but never got a useful resolution so I have given up on them.

Not working. Needs an urgent update. Started to not allow data access either on mobile or wifi data. Phone restarts won't work and have to either disconnect connection or force stop app to allow data access. Latest update from playstore

doesn't really work anymore. connection is super slow, nothing loads... and the main reason I got it was to watch different shows on Netflix but now that doesn't even work anymore. Netflix doesn't allow it. unless it's fixed, I'm not renewing my subscription next time. which sucks, because this WAS a great app. not anymore, though.

rubbish app. used to do kyc on wise app for mony transfer. wise caught vpn immediately and showed that i am connected to proxy.
I log in on the website it keeps saying my subscription had expired but Google play is telling me my subscription doesn't expire until July 7, 2026. It keeps saying account limit reached.

That is the concern you did not address.”
Extremely difficult to cancel subsription/free trial, I feel like I got scammed into paying money and there's nothing I can do about it

Be very cautious! auto renewal price is 3 times!! higher than any of the plan they offer for a new customer. no reminder, no warning, no heads up.. my mistake I guess for leaving auto renewal option on. not dealing with company again once my subscription runs out. customer service decent enough to offer a deal (extra time for same price), as refund technically was not an option according to t&c.
