why you make this app it does nothing it shows vpn unavailable at you location, I purchased subscription like 7 day free trial which are gonna be wasted. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. on every step step shows vpn not available.

Do not take this 7 day trial. I cancelled within the 7 day trial and they have still charged me £94.99 for the full year. If this is not resolved, I will be raising a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

was supposed to get free 7 day trail and then annual payment would be taken I cancelled after 1 day but still took out the payment the reason I cancelled because it does not work on my fire stick while abroad
an appalling service. doesnt work, cant get password reset emails. as far as I am conerned Norton is taking money for no service. they provide no support whatsoever. Rubbish.

Since a recent update, 'Preparing VPN Services' keeps on appearing in my notifications bar, when I don't even have a VPN enabled. This happens all the time, the notification appears, vanishes and a short time later it happens again. Auto Connect is turned off so this should not be happening. Why is the app 'Preparing VPN Services' unprompted?
when it works it's great! however, when I use the pause function, it only turns back on after the selected pause time, about 30% of the time. this leaves me unprotected.
it's all messed up
this app is terrible. so I payed for it and what not got a 7 day free subscription but I didn't have an account so I can't actually cancel my subscription. so I go to support and quess what they were tryna make me pay to cancel it
