Unusable!!! latest update slowed the connection to a crawl, buttons have slow response... Keep having connection issues. Connectivity is unstable.. UI has bettered overall lately

very bad vpn
server down for days I renewed my subscription using Best Buy instead of straight from Norton. Is that causing a problem?
VPN constantly turns off without notice. I turn it back on and in less than a minute it turns back off. VPN also has me in a different state. I have gone into the settings and did what the app told me to do and it still is not working correctly.

This vpn no longer stays connected. Honestly it never stayed completely connected but it would if you were actively using the internet. It works fine on my Apple devices but it's pure *ss on this Samsung. What is the point of charging for something that doesn't protect your connection?
This app has gone down hill. On a cruise with a trusted wifi and auto connect off, it keeps trying to connect anyways. Going to have to uninstall this app.

It stopped working, for no apparent reason that I can find. I've tried contacting Norton regarding it, but there is literally no way to contact them. I've contacted my cellular provider and they told me that I have to contact Norton directly, which doesn't help at all, as there isn't a way to. I know that I just love paying for something that doesn't work as much as the next guy, but I really, really don't.
