Still the worst app ever!!! Why on earth you can't also install this app on your laptop is beyond me!

Extremely limited functionality, no messaging to other guests on the ship. Looks and feels like something built by Infosys lol. Geared towards extra monetization rather than passenger experience.
horrible. I'm logged in, searched for reservation, says successfully linked and wait a few minutes for my reservation to appear. and it never does.

I never could get the app to load my cruise info. Was worthless to me. Need to add a communication feature for on the ship.
Very poor app compared to other cruise lines. Available items (such as eDocs) are available sometimes when you start the app up and sometimes not. More info is generally available by logging on the website. Really subpar and needs significant work.
Very disappointing. The app is not well integrated to provide customer communications. Its primary function is for upsales.
App shows your purchases, stateroom, and those sorts of things but do not download hoping to keep up with excursions or schedule changes. It seems the information locks in once you book and that's it. The My Plans page has not loaded a single time and always says Try Again. Not a very dynamic/up-to-date way to manage your vacation.
The app is not user friendly. when I login to the website it shows my cruise reservation, when I login to this app I need to retrieve it manually... at the main screen there is this great lattitudes button with my status, but when you click on it you get generic information instead of your points ... users expect to see information about their lattitudes when they click on a button "lattitudes" ... and finding this app is also non intuitive in Android , typing NCL does not work, "Norwegian" ..
