This app is incredibly amazing. I am so shocked I would have rated it a million stars, but there are only five ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️😲💀💀💀. Only if it's free I can only make one note, unfortunately. 🥲😢😓😫

Can't find where to edit user information, payment information, and everything I try to upload or record says invalid.
don't like app
this app is useless. I used it for a long call that explained important information regarding the probate process. The widow, the lawyer and myself all spoke for over 2 hours and it came back WITH NO VOICES RECORDED!!
Doesn’t work anymore, and I bought a year's worth of prescription. I wasn't too happy with it before, before I couldn't use it at all

The app frequently transcribes English calls into other languages such as Mandarin or German, which makes it unusable for most meetings. Export options are also very limited - there’s no support for Word format, and sometimes the app won’t even export the full meeting minutes. Overall, this product feels unreliable and not ready for professional use. I would not recommend purchasing it until these serious issues are resolved. Just waste of money. Don't buy it.
it is so bad for recording for a long time, it's failed
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. You cannot cancel your subscription. I sent this issue to Google. I uninstalled the app. and will take action if I am charged again, with my bank and Google.

the recording feature doesn't work properly.
I'm only a week in and have mixed reviews. Often times, my recordings fail when being analyzed. Why?? Now I keep getting error messages when trying to record. I uninstalled, which erased all of my saved recordings. I can't wait until my subscription ends. Two stars for it working in the past.
