The menu bar on the phone needs to be at the top of the screen. This is my only complaint but it's a major issue for ease of use. Seriously? 😒 If they added the setting to place the menu either at the top or the bottom of the screen, this would be, hands down the best note taking out. it can't be that difficult to be coded. Edit: no response for the team. No acknowledgement of the request.

The character recognition is all but absent, and the AI chat can only really talk about typed content - which isn't useful if you're hand-writing notes. Samsung Notes is still better.

A total rip-off. I was convinced to buy the Unlimited version, but then I realized I can't even search for words in my handwriting. They're forcing you to pay for cloud storage and justifying it by saying they're a small team. I only need the basic functions. There's no need to try to implement AI; any free AI will do the job 100 times better than Notewise. I'll stick with Samsung Notes. It's amazing how it's the only app on this model, but sooner or later they'll realize it's not profitable.

Accidentally subscribed, cancelled immediately, and requested a refund right away after using the app for less than an hour - still got rejected. This shows zero respect for customers. No grace period, no understanding, no support. Once they take your money, that’s it. Be very careful before paying. If you make even a small mistake, don’t expect any fairness or help.

Deleted the app. There are other better alternatives. For something as simple as syncing if you demand payment every month i dont need your app. There are lots of other free apps that can do work for free and better than notewise. Just by adding ai tag before everything you don't make it an ai app. The ai features are too basic. Basically what once was a good app you guys have ruined it. Disappointed...!!

by far the worst note taking app ever if you dontt subscribe you cannot reach notes and when you subscribe again the notes cannot be reachable due to forever syncing. just go download starnote delete it. also consumes way too much batery.
Now 341 Mb not taking any note.

Notewise is a clean and smooth note-taking app with a great user experience. However, its subscription is expensive and offers limited features, making it hard to justify the cost. A major issue is that the export option has been missing for the last three updates-notes can’t be saved as PDF, images, or even in the app’s own format. This seriously affects usability. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.
I have to change every time between unlimited and cloud to get my notes back. More than a year's work down the drain and me sitting with a red face in the meeting.
installed to check if it was better than Samsung notes, uninstall the second after knowing handwriting to text recognition is in paid version where as Samsung notes provide it for free.
Good App, Disappointing Cloud. Been using notewise for a year for university note taking. Was cloning a document as usual but both documents bugged out and four important pages i spent hours and days writing... all of sudden gone. Caused a lot of stress and panick. I even paid for pro, but not even a setting of some sort online to view previous document history. Could not recover those pages, help not supportive. Quite disappointed.
