I HATE having my credit card online! The computer in the store was not able to accept my information so I had to order online to get the reward points. You need to work on your website so I can add my reward points from a receipt.
Doesn't let me use my points for BOGOs
Reviewing on the inviting guest surveys after purchase. I've given my time a few times and yet have ever gotten the offer printed in the receipt after review. I am send a code however, when entering it in the box for promo it always rejects the codes I've received. Inside the bakery they are unable to honor as well!!!
The website and the app are NOT user friendly
App adds a service fee to online orders. Delete it and just go to the store. Also app's "magic sign in" link requires you to turn down security settings in your browser to work - specifically the "allow links to open in other apps" setting. Why can't I just use a username/password?
not all of the app shows... coding fail
App would not accept online promo code. Forgot password is not sending emails. My rewards expired with no prior notifications. Email and chat support is slow, unavailable, and contains programming language. Epic Fail!
