The last time I ordered my cakes were stale and I'm hoping that it will not be the same way again. I'm giving them another chance. They also refused to send my free birthday bunlet along with my order. They were trying to make me pay for a separate order for that, so I lost that free buntlet. Management did not even care.
SERVICE FEE? On top of greatly increased prices on mini bundtlets they charged a new SERVICE FEE. Will not be ordering here again.
bad time wait
Tried to use my birthday reward on my birthday and it expired right as I was placing the order when it previously stated that it didn't expire until late that day. Tried to contact support but have yet to receive assistance.
if I could give it zero stars I would. I got a new phone and transferred all apps. Nothing Bundt Cakes is the only that does not work. we have run through all of their troubleshooting ideas!
doesn't work. I have to keep signing in every time I open app. then it sends me back to my email.... just not worth the hassle
cakes not stocked in regular bundt when hit the order button online, service fee not necessary when im walking in and picking up cake
