this is for windows version - can't rate on pc? Lately the app doesn't allow pasting text into the app. Yes - a text editor that you can't paste text into it!!? That's not a bug , that's an app killer. I am forced by the app to import files instead of being able to paste the text.
Not suitable for planning your day, but ok for keeping notes. It cannot even link the meeting list with your phone book. Cannot create call links or any other link with pre existing contacts. You have to manually copy paste. Just adding a chatbot doesn't solve issues. If I just use it for keeping notes then there are many more apps which are simpler and more specialized.
I started using Notion after breaking up with Evernote because I need reliable apps and I'm tired of the tech industry's greed. It worked great until recently; now the app just lags and won't open my notes or pages at all. Yet conveniently the "ask AI" feature that I've never used and don't care about loads at the bottom of the screen while my actual note contents don't. How about we stop jumping on the AI bandwagon, stop vibe coding and actually make apps that work?
Using a tablet, for accessibilty, can't drag the left side bar, can't change font size. Used the site and browser combination same issues as well as the AI window fell off the bottom of the screen. Was debugging using AI from the android app against the browser.... But ran out of AI credits and it recommended subscribing. Frustrating as f***
not for reading books
latest update completely broke the app. stop focusing on ai and start building a real product

NOTION WORKS BEST ON WEB, IF USING MOBILE BETTER TO USE IT ON BROWSER AND SWITCH TO DESKTOP MODE. My issue for this app when entering long data message in the table cell, it doesn't automatically move to show the current position of the details in cell when keyboard is in use, if I am typing something, it needs to manually scroll up the table and then typing to a cell to see the message where I am typing...

this was an amazing platform but literally everything is ai now. Features I use regularly are just being shoved aside for more ai features that I don't use. Cant even turn off these useless ai features and it seems like other people are having the same issue. I cant even press the SPACEBAR without being forced to use their ai features, I'm sick of it
non-intuitive moronic garbage app. at least add a clear help section what is it for, how to use.
Using Notion on a high-end phone, but it keeps getting laggier after updates. Table selection is difficult, especially for full rows or columns, and copying email addresses adds a “mailto:” prefix. Basic features feel broken, making the app frustrating to use. Moving away because of this. I'm going back to google ecosystem.

Very bad mobile experience. Everything is so slow, Its so hard to actually save anything on mobile.
Android app is garbage - it's almost impossible to select large chunks of text, making the app basically only useful as a read-only experience. The desktop app, on the other hand, is brilliant.

Huge disappointment. I used to love this app, until they added their bloating AI. The AI is an annoyance that you CAN'T OPT OUT and made me quit this app. It's way too present while I'd just like to write things *by myself*, without wasting resources that could be used for better things.

terrible. there is so much lag on this app that it almost makes it unusable. i have to restart this app many times over. please fix it and then i could give it a better review
slow on android
it's a pretty bad app, very slow to use. the back button is pretty counter intuitive too. but mostly it's just the slowness that hurts the most. takes forever to load between pages.

After all this time the app is still really laggy and clumsy, especially when switching between multiple workspaces. I get the feeling it's mostly a wrapper for the web version, and not a real dedicated app. The state of this app is the primary reason why I'm not switching to a paid plan.
Constant Crashing
The tutorial is too complicated because it doesn't teach you everything and it has Skyward Sword tutorial syndrome.

the mobile app works pretty poorly, the notes theoretically load, but stay empty, that doesn't happen on web or desktop app
Missing desktop features. Was excited to go between phone and desktop, but basic shortcuts like /P don't work.

I love Notion but the latest mobile update broke the cut/copy function. The app now also constantly thinks it is offline and needs to be restarted. Also, some actions are just aggravating on the mobile app. Notion would be useless if I didn't have the PC app for major content additions/edits. -Return key acts as "enter" while in a text box so there is no native way to create paragraphs. -Phones back button kicks you out of the page instead of just closing the edit box or hidding the keyboard.
Good over all, it fills the gap bettwen
Notion is great on desktop, but not so much on mobile. It's incredibly difficult to drag content around, pages become unscrollable, the keyboard blocks the content I'm writing, can't press enter to do a line break, and getting rid of the keyboard (pressing back) takes me off the page completely. I'm sure there are other things I'm missing, but the experience has been rough
I dont like the UI and i cant understand how it works . Its too much complex .
