The app forces you to pay subscription with no free options allowed
Deceptive. There is a free mode, but it is hidden to give priority to the free trial. Once you are in the free trial, there is no simple or clear way to cancel the trial without contacting support. These behaviours should be unlawful, but for now they are simply morally reprehensible.

I really don't like the new interface and the constant nagging to buy a subscription. All I want is a summary of all my accounts and transactions in one place. The "forcasting" feature is not smart enough to be useful so it just clutter. Would be great for an option to disable that and go back to the old version. Will be considering alternative apps.
I like the interface, but the delay in my transactions updating from my bank accounts is far too long, sometimes up to 4 days! This makes managing my finances impossible. I have raised with support, but i dont think there is a fix currently for this issue. My banks are popular high street banks, but I understand these could possibly be the cause. Either way, it makes the app useless for me, which is a shame. If it can be resolved, i would be happy to use it again.
There is no way you can pay £99.90 a year and not have a trivial feature such as goal planning (for example, 10k in bank at end of year). When asking support if this feature was available, no answer and just ghost. Unbelievable.
I'm sorry but this new update ain't it. I get it you were trying to innovate and improve your business model but this is significantly worse. Not only is the new UI a lot worse, all the main features seem to be crammed in a single tab now where previously it was across 2-3. Not to mention this new forecasting feature is overbearing. It's interfering with the total current spending and I can't turn it off. Sigh.
Recent update ruined it. Took away goals, one of the main uses for the app, and effectively made it much harder to plan ahead without premium. They just want your money.
The new interface is even much worse than the old one. Now you cannot tell what is your total reoccurring expanses and the landing page has a blure on top to forcast new expanses which is unnessary. Honestly thinking of transitioning now to a new app.

Was previously great, but has been crashing upon opening for the past few days so it's now completely unusable.
Unbelievably slow to the point of being unusable. Doesn't tie in savings accounts from many of the online challengers so it's not really much use if I have to enter this all manually. Could have been great but ultimately not for me
"So I'm puzzled to hear you find that £3/m is too much. What's the cost of bad financial decision?" This is quite possibly the worst reply I've ever seen from a developer/ service on the Play Store. Your app technically doesn't give financial advice for one, so I'm not sure that what you're hinting at is relevant. With the ongoing financial hardships that MANY households are facing right now, that £3 could well pay for 3 basic meals for the day or fuel to get to work or bus fare etc. No ta.
Are your ear blocked, it's time for you to stop double counting transactions between accounts and therefore consistently get spending wrong. Stupid, chiding pointless messages shown in error
The app freezes when trying to connect to the bank
Only two US banks? And you cant use the app without one connected? Disappointing. This app looks game changing!
No manual entries. Only auto bank sync option.

They're a different entity as they are a UK bank and my details were not being recognised. Chatted to support but they could not help. The extra star is for the fact that they provide a free trial. It's dear for what it is but at least you can try it out first.

Just, doesn't feel finished; and the premium subscriptions are wildly overpriced.
Overall it's fairly buggy. Sometimes a sync (especially after re-connecting) will no longer match transactions to forecasts going back several months. The app doesn't recognise patterns from the user, for example when removing hashtags (it tags merchants with 'coffee' in the name as 'fee'). When transactions are no longer pending, if you've already categorised you'll need to do it again. It will try to match transactions just because the amounts match. 'AI' seems like very basic NLP
Buggy, confusing, and overpriced.
What is this new update. Why change and shake up the UI as much as you have? Sometimes newer doesn't always mean good. Ffs.
So far I am having an absolute nightmare getting this app to link to my accounts. I have managed to link 3 accounts but its so glitchy. The authentication processes keep hanging on the Nova side, once the banks have completed their side. If I cant get it done by tomorrow, I'm uninstalling and trying a different app. I've been at this all day.
