I searched for zodiac house among other show they are not on there,payment issues as well

I read the reviews and some of them didn't say that this app is horrible! I gave you guys a chance thinking that you have fixed it by now, NOPE! I only had it 2 days really less than 48 hours and I already canceled it. I want a refund. I do not suggest this app to other people.

ugh I just downloaded the app and have the gold subscription since this morning tried logging in on a different device and got a message saying my account info is incorrect I reset my password 2 time and with both times I was told I'm putting in the wrong info so I tried signing up again but my email already has an account I either want my money back or my access to my account I just got the account this morning and was on it for about two to 4 hours before this happened

everytime I'm enjoying a show. it keeps buffering, stopping, skipping and saying playback unavailable. this is my favorite app but it's becoming unbearable to watch an episode of ANY SHOW because it seems to be a bug on the website. especially the one on tv. please help with that issue. it's the only app on my tv that literally stops every couple of minutes and then crashes.

do not subscribe through Google my subscription canceled but they've been trying to take that 8.64 for a month and a half now. I had to keep my card locked. I went through google the subscription is faded out I can't even click on it. & now thats tv customer service is BS no one answers the phone.
Thieves obviously. because why do I keep having to cancel a service that I don't want or use anymore. It hasn't been worth the money to me for months now. I especially canceled because everything I tuen around im being overly charged or basically forced to use the service. I'll cancel and then magically im charged again and because I couldn't request a refund I tried to use the service but it's just forced. how many times am I going to have to be charged. it's just not worth it anymore. 🤬

The sound Quality for the shows is terrible. Nothing is like it use to be when i had Now thats tv a year ago. Everything is worse then ever. The shows are terrible. All the Old good content is gone. I also get a headache trying to see what's going on. The Camera Man sucks. Yall need to Hire LEMMY PLUMMER to do yall network. I already Canceled.

there's nowhere to cancel your subscription. I've searched multiple ways and everything is either outdated or invalid information. I have no payment methods listed, yet they find a way to charge me every month. I dont recommend this app. Great content, but the app and website are missing crucial features.
