struggling to get funds transferred,after three months of struggle $10 was deducted,not user friendly at all

Too difficult to withdraw🥲, as someone who has no bank accounts, I thought there would be other ways to verify your identity but this app needs you to show proof of identity or bank statements to make any withdraws. For someone who lives in rented house, all utilities are in the owners name plus I don't have a bank account due to this reason too. Meaning I can't make any withdraws even through the Bitcoin option 😡😡😡.
Didn't have a choice so I choose to use this ewallet. The first time went fine. I set my wallet on auto-withdrawal to my local bank account. They confirmed it. Sometimes later, I received a fund and transfer was said to have been initiated. I waited for 3 days, saw nothing. then I chatted them up, I was told the transfer was declined and a large chunk of my fund deducted. I was shocked.After deducting maintenance fee, transfer fee and collect fee, I am left with nothing. A very bad experience.

I can never just withdraw my money. It takes me to a blank white screen with their logo and never progresses any further. I have to keep opening the app, and then after days of trying, it will eventually give me my money.
Terrible experience for more than 2 months trying to reach out my commission payments with zero help!!
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer support is an absolute joke! My prepaid card has been suspended. No one I have talked to has been competent enough to follow through on what they claim to be doing about my account. I have talked with 5 different people. Not a single person has helped me to resolve the issue.

What is merchant code do it working in Saudi
You people are now partnering with LiveGood and then local currency bank transfer is yet to be available in some countries. That's not fair try to make it available to all countries. Am from the Gambia but both wire and bank transfers are yet to be available here.
