payment process is very difficult, no option of gpay phone pe, scan copy is very different to pay , pls do be like old government site....
There are two payment gateway, razor pay and bill desk. Razor pay no longer offering upi payments and when checked to pay using net bank, the page doesn't load. Bill desk shows the upi options but asking to scan the QR..how can I scan a qr if I am already in the app. God the payment services are awful. We are giving our hard earned money here for our pension, just wow.

Worst UI and options ,developer, tester,PM n govt approving with out testing the version . To add money using upi option app generating qr code instead of asking upi id . how can people scan qr from their own mobile who wants to add money. if we took screenshot and load money upload qr from images will only allows 2k worst tester and manager who approves this version and released to public with out testing
Poorly designed app. It has stopped giving a payment option of UPI on both payment gateways. Also had a word with customer care and they are the most untrained people I have seen in any organisation. When I told them about the problem, the only solution was to try the payment on the website because our app remains most of the time faulty.

why there is no option for UPI payment in razor pay? And in the billdesk why you cant fetch the upi app to make payment, only scanning option is available. sasta nasha karr kr develop karr rahe ho kya app.
यह केवल कर्मचारियों को बेवकूफ बनाने के लिए है कर्मचारियों का nps कटने के बाद भी जमा नहीं होता और कहीं शिकायत भी आप नहीं कर सकते क्या फायदा इस nps का कोई लाभ नहीं जब जमा ही नहीं होता किसी नियम का पालन नहीं किया जाता कर्मचारी कहते हैं कि मैं nps का काम नहीं करूंगा

please add features to update personal information in APY account, I am not able to update mobile number in my pran for long time, please help us to update the same, Bank branch is not solving my issue.

Why you have remove the option to pay with UPI from both Razorpay or Billdesk. there is no option showing for payment with the UPI.

App couldn't work
I am not able to download the transaction statement. App is just showing notification, Statement is downloaded. Please check your download folder. But there is no file. One more feedback there should be an option to show the details per contribution i.e.what was the NAV, how much units accumulated in that contribution?

user interface too complicated for Tier 1 please make it simple so that all types of people can access and understand the amount he invested. clear show the amount which was invested and where and how much returns gain or loss. perticular show the amount profit or lose where invested the amount in which fund .please update this as soon as possible 👍👍👍

everymonth money gets Deducted from my account and the app shows not registered....the helpline number is useless as well
A new problem arises after every update. what are you guys doing!? now it says it's unregistered device and wrong password maybe tomorrow it'll say you don't have NPS account. such a Headache.

Terrible Platform. Government should be questioned to provide contract to this company. A simple name mismatch has taken several months to get resolved...phone no reachable, no response on twitter...despite fixing the system shows the same issue, shameless people have marked the complaint as priority for 1 week now still but no response yet
Hey, do some work, please fix the bug in app, if you don't know how to fix, please higher talented people from private organizations and freelancers, they will do better work than you. if you find this review, do some work instead of sending automated reply.

Totally useless app. Can't believe that this is the situation of a core government scheme application. Developers should learn from private companies how they manage their application and services.
the worst app i have ever seen. whenever I try to login, it ask install the app even if I did once. if I try to login the app 3-4 times per day i need to install 3-4 times. what kind of app is this and I just want to ask developers one thing that if you guys have no capable to maintain app then why you guys are need introduce it. very disappointed
Worst app on play store. when you try to login, It says your password is incorrect. then you go to reset password and puts same password aa new password, it says your new password can not be same as previous 😃 Even if you try to put new password while reset, it says user type is incorrect.

UPI payment option does not give the option to add a upi id neither does it navigate to a upi app. how am i suppose to scan the QR showing in my phone through a upi app in my phone? Did no one though about it? Very frustrating. Please fix this. And the bhim option shows a broken page
very poor performance of the application... many of the functions do not work in this application.
login is not working since I don't know how many days. always server issue. and showing false validation message to fool customers.
