very slow and limited app. requested for insurance currency statement 4 times but didnt get emailed.
Still a useless app. Tried to pay insurance with PayPal several times but would not work. Logged onto website and payment through PayPal worked fine what is the point of having the app if you can't use the features.
What's the point of this app if you can't edit details to the policy, it always says to call I don't have time being put on hold.Only thing it's good for is seeing what policy's you have

Epic fail. App changes, but never works properly. Latest fun is that I'm logged in & says "Good , " but it only has "Login" and "Register Now" buttons at the bottom. It never loads anything. If I hit "Login" it says "✅ Success Your account has been verified Logging you in... Not Loading? 🤔🙄 Uninstalled. It's not even a real app, it's just a thin browser that loads a stripped-down version of the Web app. Pointless.
Downloaded the app, I had to login in 4 times and had 4 verification emails sent to me and still wouldn't register my login. I gave up and deleted the app once it asked me to login for a 5th time.
Every time I log into the app and try to view my claim, I am logged out. I am unable to view my claim and have to call or chat to get updates.
terrible, clunky app. logging in is a saga in itself. crashes after entering verification code.

Have a claim going the app saying still waiting for report from assessment on car . Well smashed repair says car will be fixed in 3 days .app is terrible
cannot make any contact with NRMA on website. It is taking me into a maze .I am an advanced senior and a member of nrma,and all I need is to make changes to my car insurance and and my present address.Not too difficult is it ?

makes cancelling a policy almost impossible to find.
This MFA process is crape.
Installed the app and tried logging in 5 times. Each time I enter my details and verification code. Then it goes back to sign in page and says I was logged out.
NRMA Apps at present are very counter intuitive. I keep getting sent round in circles trying to find basic information
1. App will not allow me to register as it advised that the time on my phone is different to the southern states where obviously head office is situated. They need to modify their system to accept Queensland time.
Sometimes may be good, sometimes may be s-word. Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't. Sometimes I can pay my installment, sometimes I can't. Sometimes I can use the app without issues, sometimes I randomly get logged out. It's really clunky and needs fixing - please.

I rarely am able to log on. It keeps telling me that my email or mobile is not correct. I do know my mobile # & email address. Looking at the other reviews I see several other people are having the same or similar issues with the app & NRMA are sorry their customers are having problems but unfortunately they don't seem to have done anything about the app. Not going to waste my time anymore.
horrible app doesn't work refuses to let you log in the people who created this app obviously don't care about the service that it provides to the customers based on how poorly it has been made

Hopeless useless doest send SMS or email to reset password.
The whole new NRMA system is very poor, very tedious, not remotely user friendly and very frustrating. Continuous unnecessary log in codes and this app is just as trying as the website. You need to fix it desperately. I am a long time customer and very disappointed in the lack of usability. Shame because I always thought NRMA were great, not so much these days.
I would like my policies sent to my home letterbox please

worst customer service when it comes to trying to cancel policies. cant be done online. customer service reps cant do it. emailing requests dont get answered. had to put fake payment details in to stop the direct debits. it is illegal for you to make it this difficult to cancel a policy.

I have 2 vehicles, been with nrma for 25 years, but no ctp policies for either vehicle. Yet my wife's ctp for her car shows in the app 🤷♂️. Whatever I don't have time for stupid idiot IT clowns that can't get something so simple right. The reason why I will never go paperless, how could I pay the polices with out the paperwork, I couldnt.
I cannot log in and each time it says it will send me an email to set a new password, it never arrives. If I try to start a new account, it says I already have one and will send me an email to log back in. That is email arrives but then again I can't get an email to do a new password. Very frustrating!
In the pasr 2 yrs, not once have I been able to complete a task on this app, whether it updating drivers, obtaining copy of currency or other, constantly get Oops somethingwent wrong or we cant load your policies right now. Absolutely useless when they are pushing customers from calling them to using these apps and online.
One time code login is useless when you don't have access to a second device to read the email. Because the app closes the screen where you enter the code as soon as you minimise the app. All I want to do is check my account to find out why the nrma has charged my bank account $10.99, since I have not interacted with them since I paid my annual fees in September
Not impressed
Useless, can't login, can't reset password, but still make me pay every month, useless. First and last time I do something with them.
Why must every company try to do everything? You must be investing policy holders premiums into doing this and would, in my opinion, be better off regaining service levels, which have declined seriously and investing money into keeping premiums down. I think what you are doing here is shameful
