THE APP DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE on my 1 yr old Samsung Galaxy16 5G! IT WORKED FINE ON MY PHONE UNTIL I UPDATED THE NUGS APP. ON 1/9! I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO LOG BACK INTO THE APP. EVER SINCE!🤬 I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the App. at least 10 times & I still can't log in! Checked my Acct. on the website. It says my account is active & I was charged AGAIN on 2/7, but I'm still unable to even log in..🤦🏻♂️ Unfortunately, I'll be forced to cancel after being a member for 4 years..🤬

Login is broken - tap log in, browser opens and instantly closes Have to log in constantly too, every other music app I've never had to login more than once
First, it tells me that I have to download the app to download a I already PAID for because it is not supported on a mobile browser app. Then, after downloading the app, the app will not allow you to download the show that again, I PAID for and I am supposed to either subscribe to the service, or use a computer. Having downloads locked to computers is beyond ridiculous and seems like a cheap way to force you to subscribe to the monthly service. Do not recommend at all.

TV ap options are extremely limited, which is where I assume most people want enjoy a live show at home. The on demand concerts has a fraction of bands to choose from compared to the phone ap. The shows I purchased prior to my subscription do not appear either, even though there is a tab for my livestreams - it just has a message that says "your purchases will appear here. This ap not cheap for such limited viewing experience. Using Google TV and has the a current up to date version of the ap.
Keeps randomly crashing, needs an update to fix bugs. Music stops out of nowhere and loses my spot in the queue. I love this app as it's my main source of music, but this is unacceptable considering the steady price increases. Please, fix this.
