the worst app. An order is pending for on month, but Nykaa, has no customer service. they have a standard answer, it will be sent. Joke of an App, don't use it, it is a scam
one of worst ecommerce app where they can't deliver a item within a time period and support was poor ,if we ask about the order they start saying we apologise for inconvenience and they says it will be delivered and they also don't when it will be delivered.one of the useless and they support only says if you don't get it just cancel it and still no response from them
useless app. they keep changing estimated delivery date for 10+ days from your order date and never shipp the order. if you ask them to cancel the order they will ask you to wait for 7 more days. because they say they were just about to shipp the item( but they didn't do it for last 10+ days). and its a long process for them to cancel it. just they are looting your money
this is worst aap for shopping u will get product after 1 months once ordered and u will not get any reply from help centre and chat box of help centre is operated by robotic system it uses the recorded data again and again

I ordered basic white shirt for 658 RS. price for a basics shirt was very suspiciously low.... but i still ordered it..... what I got is low quality blue shirt. if anyone sees this comment from nykaa..... kindly rectify these issues instead of giving discount.... sending a wrong product with discount as no value for your brand. I placed return, thank god that button was working. till I get refund, I am not sure the replace button worked or not. definitely I am not sure to do reorder.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Nykaa. I received an old product, and despite calling customer support and sending multiple emails for almost 80 days, my issue is still unresolved. My return request has not been processed, and I haven't received any proper support. This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend buying from Nykaa based on my experience.

worst applet, my order didn't shipped even after a week
Very pathetic service. The delivery executive neither came to my doorstep nor called me. Instead, the pickup was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. This is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
mana 2 products order kea tha fir return bhe kea but wo apna app cancel batana laga mana complain ke kuch solve nahi hua product wapes laa gya delivery boy but refund nahi hua ha or ya 2 months sa chal raha h koi proper solution nahi da raha mana first time nykaa use kea ha worse experience mara 1200 wapes bhe nahi mil raha 2 months ho chuka ha
Worst experience ever. This was my first order through nykaa fashion. I ordered 2 one piece instead i received a completely different product (a single kurti of poor quality). I tried to raise concerns about this. Couldn't connect to customer care. Couldn't replace the item also, as the return option was not working at all. Raised a ticket in the app. They closed the concern saying we delivered the right product despite providing the proof. Just wasted the money on it!

Don't buy anything from here because it's taken one year to deliver the product........
they need to change their delivery partner. Even if you have the best products, it of no use if you can't actually deliver it on time. Having Delhivery as their partner is a mistake on the part of Nykaa management.

Worst experience. I ordered a pair of slides on 16th June and it was supposed to be delivered on 20th which they did not. I tried contacting the customer care and didn't get a proper explanation. They were really rude. Then the delivery was postponed to 25th and they did not delivered. I contacted the customer care again to cancel the order and they told me they can't do that and I have to wait till the order reaches me and I have to return the order to receive my refund.
Nykaa Fashion is unable to deliver products within the promised timeline compared to other shopping platforms. If timely delivery is important to you, it may be better to choose an alternative shopping app. shopping on nykaa means unnecessary waste of time and effort.
Absolutely disappointing. My order is delayed by 12days and it still hasn't reached me. And I'm fed up with the generic responses.

I was delete this app from my phone... me itna Harashment hui hu ak products ka return ko leke... koi customer support nehi hy... call karti hu to kuch der bad call cut ho jata hy... kadam faltu site hy.. itna site se me purchase karti hu.. but this site very poor very bad experience
