highly disappointed with the app ,,, first off all the delivery just sent a 1 sec missed call then mention that the customer not available ... then I had multiple orders which was suppose to come on different days ,, but the item I had received was totally different .... like not for what I had paid ... then they just ask me to drop an email and it would reply me back in 48 hours .... such a wastage of time and money ... please Don't buy anything from this app... such a horrible experience .

I personally had a very bad experience with Nykaa. Worst customer service ever! For more than 1.5 months, I’ve been trying to return a product that didn’t fit me. Multiple calls and emails were made, yet no proper response. Their courier partner Delhivery keeps rejecting the return purposefully. Now I can’t even delete my account as it shows “active order.” Products are not worth the money either. Totally disappointed and frustrated. Pure money looting!
What a terrible experience. They couldn't even ship the product when they said they would. How am I supposed to trust them if they can't keep their word? And to top it off, they disabled the cancel option once it shipped. What a joke.

fast delivery
more than app the problem is with delivery collaboration. from two days we are waiting for order, firstly it's coming late from the comitted date apart from that since two days the delivery agent is not even trying to connect and writing delivery unsuccessful

ordered replacement and got the same size again and then was told couldn't replace again, had to return it, many order delays too.
Worst and horrible experience. No one picked up the replacement order and it kept getting rescheduled without any reason or even an attempt. After all this drama, I finally returned the item, but again no one came for pickup and it kept getting rescheduled repeatedly. No delivery partner number was provided, customer support did not solve the issue, and there was no connection to any higher authority. Very disappointing service.

I had the worse experience with this app. I m trying to return my parcel due to size issue, when I opened the app the status of the parcel is still shipped even tho they have delivered the parcel, i tried reaching out of the customer care and they took all details , after that two to three random people call me to confirm if u paid the amount and asked for transaction details. Seriously, how are you guys even running the platform.

After 2021 once again they started robbing money . That time they took money without giving the product . Much much later solved it. This time they again did the fraud, took money for a 1k+ product and gave a totally different product from different brand worth around 400. I raised the issue so many times but they create the same issue everytime to not take return and for them to keep the money. All the more all the response is "AI" generated , they don't even look what I have to say 😠
They will deliver your order by 1 month and no update on order status. Raise complaint but no one will care to listen. Order from Amazon or filpkart but never from this App.
worst app , it delivers wrong products, and customer service after sales is pathetic.
I placed orders twice, and both times the products were delivered late. Initially, the delivery date was the 2nd, but it didn’t arrive on that day. It was finally delivered on the 4th, that too late at night. The delivery was showing 11 AM, but the delivery boy arrived at 8 PM. The products arrived so late that they were no longer needed. You consistently deliver very late.
Worst service ever from nykaa fashion….in costumer care support not answering properly for my problem…every time they said wait for 24 hrs…and after waiting for 24 hrs no response any from their side ….very very very disappointed…ist have been 16 days already raise request for cancellations still no response from their side…. Horrible and very bad experience...never suggest any one to shopping from nykaa...

Nykaa sent me the wrong product with incorrect packaging. Even after I shared proof of a different SKU via email, the return was denied by the pickup agent. It’s been 12+ days and no refund has been issued. Their helpline doesn’t even connect. They made the mistake but are still holding my money. Extremely poor service and no accountability.
Late deliveries
very poor customer service. just wastes the time of customer and no resolution. it's been a month for exchange but dilivery partner is not showing and the team says wait for 2 or 3 days and it is going onn for a month. Do not shop from here. worthless app. Disgusting Service.
last time i lost Rs 2000 and never could get a refund. i bought a sweater which was never delivered but it showed as delivered. despite of many complaints, never got any help from nykaa. now once again i have placed an order but have done COD as i dont trust nykaa anymore.
