this is such an fraud app ....it said It had return policy like 7 days return policy....and when I requested them for return...they are acting blind even though I shared the pictures where the product is in its original form...they are acting blind and not accepting the request by saying it's used...when the images clearly show the product is not opened yet... don't trust this app it's not trust worthy...gonna uninstall it asap

Pathetic service and zero accountability. My order was promised by 29th April and is now delayed by 7 days with absolutely no update on the app or email. Customer support is useless they just repeat “it’s in process” like a script but can’t give a delivery date or real solution. This is misleading and unacceptable. I had to chase them multiple times, and still no clarity. This shows complete disregard for customers’ time and money. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the issue

dont use this app this is totally scam from last 4-5 months im trying to return my product but they arrange pickup even after 15-17 complaints . they just deliver your products in worst quality but dont take return that product by given silly reason like technical glitches and all , so requesting you all don't buy any product from NaykaaMen ❌❌❌
First-time user here, and honestly, this has been the worst shopping experience. I ordered a sunscreen and a serum because the app clearly showed an expected delivery date of April 26. Later, I received a message saying the delivery was delayed and would be attempted by April 29. It’s now April 28, and there are still no updates, just a vague “Delay in dispatch” status. If you can’t meet the promised timeline, don’t display misleading delivery dates. This is really frustrating.

This is very disappointing. first time order a product on nykaa man and it is last time very bad experience. third class service and third class application. I immediately uninstall this application. I request to all don't buy any product on this ghatiyaa application.
Terrible experience with Nykaa Man. I ordered jeans but received a completely different product. Replacement was rejected without any valid reason. Customer support just repeats that everything is “verified” without solving anything. This feels like forcing customers to keep wrong items. Highly unprofessional service. Not recommended at all.

They are running a scam. I have ordered a Reebok (black) shoe. But I got a USPA white pair of shoes. Then I made a return request as I didn't have the time to replace it as I had to travel. Firstly, they took around two days to reply back to me and the reply was that they can't issue a refund as their dispatch team has confirmed that they have sent the right item and that is why they can't issue a refund for the product. I even sent them the proof but they refused to consider that. *SCAM*

don't buy product from this app recently awarded US Polo jeans and I received different colour of the product and I raised return request but there was no approval for me and customer support making making full again and again
STAY AWAY. Easily worst experience ever. Bought a shoe on this app. It was bigger in size, so raised the return request. And then all hell broke loose. They have extremely pathetic return logistics team. The guy who came to pick the shoe said it was big in size for him to pickup and went back. Till five days nobody came back again. When I contacted Nykaa customer care, they wanted photos of shoe to prove that it doesn't need a truck to return. Till today item is not picked up, 8 days passed.

I wouldn't even give one star for this . I order a wallet but they delivered the wrong wallet ( not the one I actually ordered) . they even rejected my return stating that they gave the right product. very bad experience with this app . 😕

Never buy from NykaaMan. I ordered 4 items and received all defective ones. I'm unable to return them as they rejected the return request, stating that when they packed and sent the items, all were in good condition. They are scamming people buy sending defective products. Better by from Myntra or Flipkart.
