I had a very bad experience with the Nykaa Man app. I ordered a product, and my address and PIN code were correct. However, the delivery boy never called me even once. Still, the delivery status was updated as "Call Attempted - Not Responding," which was completely false. I contacted customer care and explained the issue, but my product was still not delivered. After waiting for 2-3 days, I requested a refund. They told me the refund would be credited to my bank account within 4-5
worst replacement policy,after raising request for replacement they are asking for pictures of product for reviewing that they are saying it will take 24 to 48 hours but they have taken more than that.Again after approval of request it is 5th day iam writing this review after placing replacement request they still have taken and also they are saying they won't deliver product when there are collecting replaced product.They deliver new product after 24 to 48 hours after taking replacement product

worst app to order an item , i ordered a shoes and it never came i waited for 3 days it was being shown out for delivery and everyday they sent an sms that their delibery executive couldnt reach us and the fact was not even a single call was made for a delivery attempt i cancelled the order due to this untimely and poor delivery experience if u want to get ur items delivered on time and avoid unwanted hassle STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM order from somewhere else so u get ur order on time

I ordered an item on May 4. Tracking shows it reached a facility near me on June 7, but it still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted support several times and received only automated replies promising delivery; as of June 26 there’s no update. I also bought a coupon for this app; if my order is canceled the coupon will be unusable. There’s no cancellation option. Please resolve this or refund the order and restore my coupon.
pathetic experience they send the defective item and when you ask them to return they say that the product is non returnable and after that when you request them to replace the item they say that we will replace it after approval
Took 5 days to deliver a product from a city 600 kms away.
stupid, nothing loads. the offrs page loads a few tiles. tap on them and you are taken to browser window with lots of pop ups to install the app.
Worst E commerce app ever, was using it first time purchased a product, immediately cancelled it and chose Wallet for return but now my amount is freezed and I can't withdraw that money, In other applications like flipkart, amazon this is not the case.
this app is trash I order Nike presision 7 basketball shoes at 3996 but two times in a row they say failed deliver attempt but deliver guy doesn't call me and the customer support is giving fake consent so never order something from this app
it is not good
3rd grade service, the executives / staff are incompetent. The bot chatting with us on 21st of june says your order is on time and shall be delivered on 17th of june. My first order and I'm extremely dissapointed the executives every single day tell me give us 72 hrs from the past 3 days.

return requests take so long. I raised the return request 1 week ago and still no follow. very very bad support from Customer support as well they also said to me return request escalated but still no on pick up

Worst delivery experience I've had. The parcel reached my local Ahmedabad hub almost immediately after dispatch, yet Nykaa Man and their courier partner have failed to deliver it for days. Multiple complaints have resulted in nothing but generic responses and false assurances. It feels like customer concerns are simply ignored once the order is placed. If you value timely delivery and responsive support, think twice before ordering. ⭐ 1/5
i bought a product with easy on return policy but now when I tried to returning it it is not being initiated and the product was almost of 4500 rs

please don't order any Nike shoes from this app. As they are not official retailers of Nike India. if any problem occurs after 15 days and before 6 months they don't take responsibility and ask you to contact the brand. Nike India also rejects your claim by saying that you have not ordered from official retailers. Please take this seriously..
