I have been paying the $14.99 charge for premium for a while now and randomly I noticed a charge from this app of $29.99 to my bank account that was not authorized. when I contacted support, they basically admitted that there should be no $29.99 charge and that they only charged me $14.99 for premium when I can literally SEE the charge to my account. I reached out to receive a refund and its been almost 2 weeks and Ive gotten 0 response from their supoort despite reaching out.

was amazing but now not so amazing hubby and I were using this app perfectly fine and then something happened and it started glitching horribly only for me and not him. now it won't even let me sign back in and I'm starting to get frustrated with it. all it does is spin and spin now just like it was before I uninstalled and then reinstalled it to see if that was the issue and now when I log back in it's not even me I had so many points saved up too. help please

renewal of my subscription for premium this year failed for some reason, but they took the money from my checking acct. I've been trying to get my upgrade or get a refund, Stefan has stopped replying to my messages if you can even get them to reply to you in the first place, I've sent a screenshot of my checking acct proving they took the payment but still won't do anything, at this point I just want my money back, I no longer want this app, as of 1/16/26 I still haven't received my refund
this is a good app however i really take issue with the fact that BOTH partners need premium (so a minimum of $60 then!) to get all the premium features. that is beyond greedy. i was just about to buy a 1 year subscription until i saw that it wouldn't even unlock all the premium features. they don't even make it very obvious, it's just in parentheses, not in bold or caps or anything. safe mode should also be a free feature, locking it behind premium is scummy.
Basic idea of the app is good. Pricing is terrible, $60 a year for a couple for essentially a themed task/planner app. Free tier is almost unusable and got cut down in features more and more over time. There are already better options out there, even if they're not strictly BDSM themed. If you really wanted to, you could even host something yourself, since you can rent a small server for less costs per year. Can't recommend the app to anyone.
their subscription is messed up, still. it was fine and now it's gone wonky again. I've been charged for two years and three month, and tonight it says it expires in two days. 🙃 at this point I just want a year on both apps or wash my hands of it.
It has potential, but it's highly restricted so there is nothing to test out or explore without the pay subscription. The only things you can do are not even kinky. you can only assign mundane habits like drink water or take a shower, that's about it.
after a while the app did not work, I was unable to log in. I was prompted with an error code.
Update: Longtime premium user. Great app- back when it worked. Sadly, it no longer works properly at all. The customer service is useless. It takes 4-6 days to even get a reply from support and then they just tell you to "we don't know, wait for another update". I don't recommend paying for premium. The entire app is broken and has been for months. And they have no interest in fixing it.

Goofy errors, duplicate notifications, spammy notifications, and incredibly poor support. this and "Embrace" have been a real disappointment. don't waste your money.

Partner function broken! Can't switch between partner tasks anymore. Using the latest gen Samsung. please fix. Please fix, and I will adjust rating. the app is decent in function, but without being able to switch partner tasks I cant use it anymore, therefore 1 star.
Awful, not letting me login even after clearing data and redownloading.
Do not attempt to record video, attempted twice to record a video and it just endlessly uploaded and then froze

completely unintuitive and useless, I set habits that need to be done each week, when it gets to the next week it doesn't reset, it keeps the progress from before but the date is now the next week. if it doesn't reset then it's not each week is it? it's just whenever. The only way to reset them is to manually change it and then there's no history, so what's the point?
The app is an awesome concept. My partner and I are finding pictures and proof of task completion don't always upload, and the unreliability magnified some trust issues for a while until we figured it out. The lack of reliability prevents it from being fantastic, especially if it's a paid app
hi I am a paid user for this app and recently upgraded my phone. I am unable to login on new device. Is there a way to reset my password? (2nd Respnse to your comment). Sorry if wasn't clear. I tried resetting my password button, prompt message appears, "login failed, please check your email and password and try again". However I did not receive any email in inbox or spam to reset password. nor does anything else happen to allow me to reset password. I'm on android galaxy zfold.

I'd give this app 5 🌟 but, every single time I open from a notification or just the app itself I get a pop up about going premium.. It's so frustrating. **Edit. Because I can't reply to your reply.. So deleted some of my original. I understand prices of apps! I'm not a moron, Ik how it all works. But as I stated.. Your consistent pop up on opening every time does not make me want to buy premium. I'm trying to navigate a new app and it's free items. Regardless of what is on offer on premium.
I have gone from having a decent experience using this app to a terrible one and I regret paying for a premium subscription. I have had issues with the app syncing to the server when this service shouldn't need a server to begin with. My partner can't edit some of my tasks because she doesn't have premium, and the complicated work-rounds I used to do to get things to work are lost on her. The app has some cool features, but I don't trust it to get basic things right anymore
I'm getting less than half my task complete because they keep unchecking after I mark them completed. This needs to be fixed it's a huge motivation killer.
I enjoyed the free app. Upgrade for the discreet mode with kids. IPhone will not have their icon nor have the notifications change. For Android, it will create a shortcut that says Habit with a checkmark, but the collar is still a separate icon. Notifications still say Obedience as well. Support: Kept going back and forth with support and they answered six days later saying that it was an OS thing they could not work around. Two days ago, I asked for a refund, and I'm still for an answer.
Ok moving in from buying app remotely for Sub. Started seeing the app say Activity done, and activity not done a short time later. it's a solid idea for an app. just buggy currently. Still chatting to dev and support so hopeful.
