I order via the website, and only use the app for delivery tracking. The delivery notifications are super useful, unfortunately there are also constant other useless notifications the rest of the time that can't be turned off. My only option was to disable all notifications from this app, which renders it virtually useless for my needs
cannot get my regular order of highland spring. it appears that everytime the sun shines it's out of stock! I order this stuff ALL year round & it seems they can't supply their regular customers, so frustrating & annoying. I had this problem last year & I hoped that by now they would have sorted out their supply issues, apparently not! It is not in short supply because there are pallets of the stuff stacked 6 foot high in Sainsburys. come on Ocado, SORT THIS OUT!!
Keep getting push marketing notifications even though I have got them turned off..Told Ocado about it 5 times over the past few weeks but they have done nothing to fix it so will now have to turn off all notifications as there is no separate section for marketing
I can't log in! Re downloaded the app after deleting it a year ago and can't log in no matter if I accept the cookies and functional data or decline. I forced stopped, cleared cache, and cleared storage. deleted the app. re downloaded, cleared phone cache. Cant even sign up with a new account either as I gave up signing in and tried the sign up button. Developer issue.
Inappropriate substitutions that can't be turned off. AI chatbot to make sure feedback is as annoying as possible. Various bugs meaning I can't actually find things anymore.
app is non-functional when using VPN, used to work fine but broke over the weekend. unlikely they will fix it. if you use a VPN (and you should) then ocado is not the service for you, use a competitor
Such a ridiculous delivery system. I purchased a list of items to be delivered for the next day and my order was cancelled as they didn't include the total price with the extra cost of the bag and service charge. Hence instead of providing me adequate help so I can add the requested amount into it. They cancelled my order. What a stupid service is this. Canceling the order without redoing the payment. I lost the delivery date and also You lost a customer. Please don't use them
I like to be able to go through a list to see what I need. This new way is not for me.

I had to wait 2 and a half hours after my delivery time recently. this is unacceptable for me as i am 97 live on my own and need help to put away my order. if it happens again I will never shop.with ocado again.
Fed up with having to scroll through numerous of products I do not want just to check out
