Placed an order for this morning on Wednesday. Received an email at 11pm stating there was an issue authorising the card and the order was cancelled. Why was this not picked up on earlier? Now lost the delivery slot and half the items have increased in price. First time using Ocado and it will be the last. The order was placed on Wednesday, why was the temporary hold not put in place then? This could have been easily resolved except you waited until 11pm the day before delivery, no contact prio

Incredibly irritating - demands that the password is updated approximately every two weeks!!!
Unsolicited marketing spam despite turning it off in user preferences, and that's on top of the general downgrade in usability other reviews mention.
cannot checkout without rejecting hundreds of unwanted items over and over again. takes ages to checkout very very irritating. It needs a "checkout now" button.
Very slow to delete items from basket. Doesnt re-calculate an item's new price when you buy on offer (ie 3 for 2 the old app would automatically recalculate to the new price on the actual item so you could see what you're saving,now it doesn't). I hate that you have to click on your favourites rather than just displaying them at the beginning of the list. The old app was far superior & I'm completely stumped why it was changed for this & you've not even listened to feedback to rectify.
Why do you remove products from the store all the time, specifically healthier versions of products? I was a weekly purchaser of respectful eggs which is the only egg brand to not use soya in their feed which is toxic to chickens and I have an allergy to soya fed chickens. Do other companies pay you to remove competition from the store? Its not the first time healthier versions get removed (no seed oils, preservatives etc). Do you not care for the health of the people? I will look elsewhere.
Total rubbish. Entered and reset password multiple times, waited 15 mins each time just to enter it. Never worked. App Deleted. You lost a customer.
I use it because it's the only way to get M&S delivery but the fact that they force me to scroll through 5 damn lists just to check out is actually infuriating.

Chat with us is not working, hence unable to get in touch. Had some products delivered with a broken seal, content exposed to potential contamination, so unfit for human consumption, probably a bad batch from assembly line. Have submitted a request for a refund and got an automated confirmation stating you'll come back with an answer in ten working days. 10! That's two weeks! Tried to find a way to get in touch, only a Chat with us button that does nothing. Are you for real?

There are good things about this app but so many poor things about the shopping experience that could have been, franky, great that it really saddens me. If something is out of stock, you can't ask for it to be added when it does get into stock. Deals always are on for different sizes and makes it hard to navigate between them with favourites. Editing orders is painful, particularly with your in the face constant offers. Many things are easier to manage with physical shopping.

more expensive than average supermarket. pointless
Getting to the checkout is surprisingly difficult. If this was a shop in real life it would involve the checkout operative asking "have you forgot x?" "these offers are incomplete" "are you interested in these offers?" "could I interest you in these flash sales?" at which point you almost inevitably would just walk out the shop, leaving the groceries you've spent an hour picking bagged up at the end of till. You wouldn't have anything for dinner, except relief that the ordeal was over.
could be by far easier to search, how about including AI assistant shopper
Used to work perfectly. Now the scrolling stops working after a few pages of products.
