1 star, the app itself seems ok. But the institution behind it is unclear in it's outcome of the request made. A shame, looks easy enough and afterwards the burocracy makes it not so easy anymore.

I can't scan a QR code from another app, only from the camera, which means I need to have multiple phones, or a separate phone and laptop. The direct link simply opens up Google Play, even though the app is already installed and opened. There is NO way whatsoever to transfer the session into Ockto, without using multiple devices. The sole purpose of this app is supposed to be to improve the UX...: mission failed, dudes.
Werkt niet met DigiD app
Does not work
De functionaliteit die de app verzorgt, is niet nodig om in een app vorm te gieten. Een derde partij, die je gegevens opslaat voor een tweede partij heeft geen AVG nut en derhalve geen bestaansrecht. De implementatie mbt authenticeren en authoriseren van de 1e aanleveraar en vervolgens de partner laat een dikke aanname zien dat deze bij elkaar moeten zijn. Mijn DigiD wachtwoord intypen, die erg complex is, want gebruik de app altijd, is hel om te doen. Kortom nutteloos en geen website mogelijk.
Slechte ontwikkeling commerciële dataverwerkers die voor andere commerciële partijen busladingen aan bijzondere en persoonlijke gegevens verwerken. Waarbij het gerechtvaardigd belang van de aanvragende partijen twijfelachtig is op zijn minst. Ockto vult de behoefte op van de commerciële partijen, maar vind het twijfelachtig of de consument hierbij gedient is. Leukste is ook nog dat ze de verantwoordelijkheid naar de providers afschuiven als ze te veel data verzamelen..
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THIS APP SMELLS LIKE A SCAM. It requires you to authenticate with DigiD using username & password in an embedded browser. Why is that wrong? 1) Ockto controls that browser and there is no guarantee that they don't snoop on your credentials. 2) Most DigiD-reliant services no longer even support the username & password login method. Especially core services like MijnOverheid. 3) Most Digid-reliant services support more than one login method. None are offered.
The app doesn't work with my Android phone. Once I start up the app it continues to load endlessly. I had to use my work phone iPhone to log in.

Ideal integration is untrustworthy, my browser isn't shown and the password autocomplete cannot verify the domain. If even the phone itself cannot verify the source, how can I?
They make you login on DigiD with username and password multple times in an inner browser... 😮💨
It keeps bugging and I am not able to proceed with the verification.

Terrible app. Asks for DigiD. But then doesnt use the DigiD app to get that access. I will just do paperwork manual.

Er is geen mogelijkheid om verder te gaan waar je gebleven was en er is geen mogelijkheid om de beschikbaarheid van diensten waar info van ophaald te checken. Eén error en je bent dus weer 5 minuten kwijt. Dat is in mijn geval al bijna 10 keer voorgekomen voor 3keer mijn gegevens uploaden.
